[Resolved]  Travelguru — Refund / create a voucher

Sir,

In July 2015 I have booked a room in a resort in Mysore through TravelGuru website and made a full payment(5835/-)for that on July 30th 2015.
due to medical emergency we cancelled our trip on 4th November and intimated the same to TravelGuru team on 5thNovember, and asked them to cancel our bookings and REFUND the money whatever they can at that time as I have asked them to cancel booking 4 days prior to my Checkin date. As I dint get any reply from them, I have called them on the same day to know about the refund amount. I also told the executive, in case if they are not able to refund the money they can create VOUCHER so that we can stay in the resort in Mysore for a day in the next 4 months. Executive said they will come back to me and let me kno.I dint receive any call till today, also I have received a mail on 6th saying my bookings related to TGU[protected] are cancelled and full refund will be processed in 5 working days. Whereas on 6th I have received a mail from Travelguru team, there will be no refund and cancellations are done. When I approached Resort in mysore over phone they said, neither they dint received any amount from travelguru team as I have cancelled my trip, I have been told by TG team that as per hotel policy. I am not asking to refund earlier...just to create a voucher for the said date in January so that we can plan our trip again and stay in the resort instead of loosing the money. NO one form travelguru are responding for this...whereas Resort people have agreed for this, incase travelguru team creates a voucher for a date against 9th november(our cancelled booking), we can stay in resort for one day.
Pls see that either I get back my money as I have cancelled my booking on 5th November or it is also OK if a voucher is created for me for dates mentioned in january 2016
