just finished GRANDBARGAIN tour o[censored]SA with Thomas Cook. A very sad experience. Cheated on account of Poor Hotels, very poor transport and an inapt and unprofessional Tour Manager by the name of NAUSHEER who totally disassociated himself from the group and handled the group in most unprofessional and aloof manner. our association ends with Thomas Cook for ever. would recommend the same to anyone who is considering associating themselves with Thomas Cook India... and their Delhi office in Connaught Place..
