Respected Sir, I have cheated by the VACATION GATEWAY. Inspite of several phone calls and reminder and they are not responding and they are also NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY. The details are as follows. This is to inform how I cheated by VACATION GATEWAY and the following is the address and Contact number: • Address: Vacations Gateway B 46 Sec 49 Noida • Phone No +[protected] +[protected] (10:30 am to 6:30 pm - Mon to Fri) • E-Mail : [protected]@vacationsgateway.com.co • Website : www.vacationsgateway.co Summary: On 14th August 2013, I have received the Phone call saying that they are from FLIPKART and they have informed me that there is an offer is going on account of Independence Day. The offer detail was told like this: • They told me to type DELL INFIRON 15 3521 in FLIPKART WEBSITE and informed browse this, the amount indicated was Rs. 34990: Dell Inspiron 15 3521 Laptop (3rd Gen Ci3/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Win8). After browsing, they have indicated that there is a discount for selected Customers from FLIPKART. The price quote to me Rs. 15598/= towards LABTOP purchase and they also have informed that this offer will expire within 4.00 p.m., on 14th Aug 2013. Hence, they have forced me to make payment for which they have sent the links. Files are attached herewith. Accordingly, I have made the payment. The details are attached. Request you go thru’ attachments in detail and using your good offices request you to STOP THE PAYMENT. It appears that, I have cheated from this company. On 19th August 2013: I wrote to Customer Service Manager of VACATION GATEWAY. The following are the details: Dear Customer Service Manager Please note that, when you SALES TEAM spoken to me indicated that they are calling on behalf of FLIPKART and informed that there is offer is going on with respect to “Dell Inspiron 15 3521 Laptop (3rd Gen Ci3/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Win8)” which will cost Rs. 34990 in the market and they guided me to browse the FLIPKART website. On account of Independence Day they offering to the selected customers for Rs.15598. During the discussion they never informed me that your sales team never informed me that they are from Vacationsgatewy neither about the Tour packages. They have informed me only LAPTOP. Accordingly, I made the payment Rs.15598/= using my HDFC credit card. On Saturday, your SALES TEAM has spoken to me (Mr. Debasis) and he has informed me that he will dispatch “Dell Inspiron 15 3521 Laptop (3rd Gen Ci3/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Win8)” Laptop through Blue Dart Courier and he also promised that he will send the Airway Bill Number with respect to Dispatch. Further, please note that, I am not interested in Holiday package nor I enquired your office, if you are not dispatching the LAPTOP. I strongly request you to refund the amount paid by me IMMEDIATELY. REQUEST YOU NOT TO SEND ANY HOLIDAY PACKAGE which was not purchased by me. Dear Customer Service Manager, Today morning at 10:40 p.m, I have spoken to Mr. Ashish of Customer Care and explained him in detail and also raise an objections as I don’t require TRAVEL PACKAGE. As promised earlier from your SALES TEAM please provide me the LAPTOP as indicated below. If this is not possible please PAYBACK my amount paid by me (Rs. 15598/=) towards DELL LAPTOP. Further, I hereby confirm that I DON’T REQUIRE HOLIDAY PACKAGE which was not asked by me. Pls. respond on this. On 20th August 2013: I have received reply from Customer Service of Gateway and in return I have made a reply to them.: Dear Customer Care Team, Your Sales team has contacted me with respect to DELL LAPTOP, once again I hereby confirm I DO NOT REQUIRED YOUR HOLIDAY/TRAVEL PACKAGE which was told to me by your SALES TEAM. They have informed me that the amount collected from my side i.e. Rs. 15598/= is towards purchase of “Dell Inspiron 15 3521 Laptop (3rd Gen Ci3/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Win8)”. Hence, do not send me any Travel Packages which was not asked by me. If you are unable to send me the Laptop, then please REPAY MY AMOUNT (Rs. 15598/-). If you are SALES TEAM doen’t responds me within 24 hours, I will register a complaint in the CONSUMER FORUM and also with POLICE. I'm Ramanjulu residing in hyderabad has been cheated by the travel and vacation company named vacations gateway.

They are cheating the customers saying that your r selected as one of our referral scheme customer and u r awarded with one of the gift hamper of dell laptop but just u have to register with our company for 7459 rupees. and they didn't even given me the time and made the transaction to their account. after few days i asked about the gift they are bluffing me and some reasons to avoid me.
I here by confirm that i dont require this cheating deal with vacations gateway and want to get refund my amount from that company

Hi Customer Care Team,
As per the telephonic conversation Mr. Gupta had made a void actions for providing the tracking number related
to the courier for customer support and help. I feel it will not take more than 5 mins for providing the tracking
number. He has assured me for 72 hours and in the same sense of clear conversation on telephone I want to
wait for the 72 hours to provide whether the problem is solved or not for my satisfaction.
I suggest that the customer is GOD for the company and it should resolve the problems very fast which in their
hands.
it should take it to granted to make the customer happy at the end while ending up the call.

I think the company dissolves for bluffing the customers by making them convince with some gift hampers. For
which after paying the amount to the company, it doesn't even take care of the customer for his related forwarding
proceedings. Hence I appeal for the Vacations Gateway to please revert back my amount with single penny
whatever I paid. Otherwise I will proceed for the Legally for cheating the people and playing with them.
My transaction id is:

Please revert me back all the pennies I paid to vacations Gateway with no cross cuttings or any other deductions
today itself i.e. 31st July, 2013.

Mr. Rohit or any other persons related to Vacations Gateway has revealed to me that I should provide 12
numbers of other persons for fulfill the deal for getting the gift hamper. But according to conversation on telephone
know the superior of Mr. Rohit is making the confirmation for providing the 12 numbers. Whatever may be the
consignment. I asked before paying the amount also Please send me all the details through mail. But either Mr.
Rohit or his superior has not sent me the full details in which these mentioned rules and regulations providing for
that, "For this referral scheme the customer should provide 12 contact numbers of other person". and the
persons who are speaking to me about the scheme has didn't even given me the time for viewing or studying or
reading the attached documents instead they have made me to pay the amount at that time itself by continuing
the telephonic call without any disconnection till the transaction of payment has been done. and whatever they
have spoken to me on telephonic was not clearly audio-able since lot of noise is provided at the place of
Vacations Gateway for which I can't even hear want they are revealing to me. I had said many times that ur
audio-able is not clear but they have continued in the same manner of procedure.
Hence whatever may be the conditions, I believe that the one and only last condition is for providing the 12
contact numbers of other persons. So, I'm providing here the 12 numbers and I want to make this consignment to
get successful within this end of the day and want to not to execeed the days for any pendings. If Vacations
Gateway can't make the consignment successful by the end of the day i.e.31st July, 2013 make the assurance
that the amount that I have paid to the Vacations Gateway is reverted back till the end of the day i.e. today night
itself. If in Niether of the cases if Vacations Gateway doesn't do any thing what ever I have mentioned in the
previous mail would be applied successfully for proceedings on Vacations Gateway .

I think the people who talk to me in mobile Mr. Dheeraj or Mr. Rohit or any other person, even the receptionist
when I called to[protected] number takes the least responsibility to fulfill the customer needs. Mr.Dheeraj in
the evening has made me assurance for sending the mail with information for the delay of any process related to
me with full detail with all the pros and cons and conditions. He said that he will send the mail within 15 minutes.
But the person is least bothered to send me the response mail.It shows the irresponsibility and carelessness
towards the customer for Right to Information. I'm not asking any illegal things to be done. Just I'm asking the
legal procedures that the company follows and requires to make the customer happy to fulfill and complete the
further proceedings of the customer so that the customer can make further tie-ups with the company. But it
shows to degrade the believe of the persons towards the company(Vacations Gateway) .

I think almost 10 days over and this is the 15th day whether the management is responsible to see the customer
need or not. Once again it show that the management is not responsible to any of the concerns or his complaints
of the customer and hence the same reason it has not taken responsible to intimate or to pass on the information
to the customer about the result after 10 days. It clearly shows that the customer should and must, he should
take care of every single and fine things to make the management remember about its promises or concerns it
has made through the voice call(through phone call) and it doesn't even take any responsible to give the
assurance through email(proper channel). Hence I want to know the response(result) for my complaint
immediately that was given to the management on 1st August 2013.
I want the response within One hour.

I think the company don't want to resolve the problem of the company. Hence I will take all the rights to move
forward through Legally with consumer court. I have all the mails copy sent to you through my gmail id and I will
give assurance that my complaint will also be advertised in news paper so that the public get awareness of the

Hi,
Mr. Dheeraj and Mr. Rohit has given me the assurance that they decided that either the policy amount would be
returned and cancelled or they will send the gift hamper to me within 12 days. The words were said on 1st
August 2013. Almost 28 days over but neither of the people are interested to solve my problem or to give me a
reply what is the processing going on. This shows that how the negligence towards the customer the
management or the company is undertaking. I think more or the less I should not give any more time to the
company to solve my problem because it is never feeling responsible towards the customer to give a proper
solution. Hence I will move forward legally with all the statements and mails that I have put on to the company
through my mail address and will raise the complaint through the consumer court tomorrow itself i.e. 28.08.2013
for cheating the customers by showing the gift hampers and not even giving the time for studying the policy terms
and conditions.
If possible u can give me the solution today itself or else wait for petition and advertisement in the newspaper for
vacations Gateways originality.
