Hi, I had booked my air tickets through travelchacha from Delhi to chennai in JAN-2013, but the booking was not confirmed. I have been following up with their customer care by writing emails, phone calls, letters, but haven't got any postive results from them: Following are the details: booking id - AWVYPU Booking date- 30th jan journey date- 10th feb flight name- AIR INDIA flight no.
