Traveleasy.com — Refund not received | |||||
I booked a spicejet ticket from Gauhati to Mumbai through traveleasy.com. The ticket they provided has no mention about cabin baggage only condition. While I reached the airport for check in, I was informed that I had to pay for checkin baggage as it is not included and it was a special fare ticket. The spicejet representative also told me that it is the fault of the travel agency that they did not mention the condition on their ticket. I immediately called traveleasy customer care and they accepted the mistake and promised to refund the amount if i send them the scanned copy of the ticket and receipt. I sent them all the details but there has been no response from them. When I contacted their customer care, the representative now denied to resolve the issue. Such is the negligence of TravelEasy.com. I request a quick refund of the money and proper action for their negligence to customer issues. Was this information helpful? | |||||
