I have booked online food on website of Travelkhana, whose order I'd is 2444192 dated 06.08.2023 for delivery of food in train no. 15655 in coach no. A1 at Katihar Junction and I also prepaid online payment.
Train reached at Katihar Junction and departed also, but food is not delivered. I also looked at platform, but no gains.
I calling on their customer support no. [protected], but it is switch off.
On website of Travelkhana, complaint is not being registered.
I want my refund alongwith compensation.
