TravelKhana — Refund not processed/initiated

I ordered food on 9/9/2022
Food order not confirmed when I call customer care they said station was different but I filled all information correctly like pnr train number
Customer care said you will recieve your refund with in 2-4 days but still I didn't get my refund.
