I booked a cab for July 31, 2014;2:30 pm in order to appear for an examination at Symbiosis. The operator refused to share details of driver stating that they provide info only half an hour prior to pickup. When it was 2;15 pm, I called again, only to be told that driver would be late by half an hour. When I asked for the driver details, she said that she would send the info vis sms. That sms never came, neither did the cab! I must mention that my trip was booked 1 day in advance (Booking ID B000055) Was this information helpful? |
