[Resolved]  Traveltime Pune — No Reporting on Time -Missed Train and Occured Losses

Dear Sir/Madam
This is Regarding Fault from Travel time guys due to which me and my family had to suffer Financial and Timing Losses.
I am working with Cognizant Technology solutions Hinjewadi .
I had a Plan to Travel with my family to Rajasthan on 14th October 2010 by Train to Rajasthan (Jodhpur )(Bangalore-Jodhpur Express)

Scheduled Departure Train Timings -6.50 P.M.

I called between 7 -7.30 A.M. in the morning to book a cab from PIMPLE Saudagar to Pune Railway Station at 5.30 P.M. Departure from My house

My Booking was confirmed and I got a message about the same with Driver –Cab Reporting Time 5.15 P.M. in evening .

I was waiting for Final details message at 5 P.M. ,I called the travelltime call center number TWICE between 5 and 5.30 for details of cab/driver and final confirmation

They replied me that they will let me know in some time . No message/call i received from their side
Till 5.45 P.M. I waited and finally started with Auto Rickshaw.
In Result I missed the train and me and my family had to suffer timings and Financial loses.

I had to travel by Bus taking a half day Break at Surat .
I was not expecting this to happen from Travelltime due to which I and my family had to face loses.

I Claim for Return the amount 3500 Rs which I had to spend extra due to Their Fault .
Need a positive action from your side .

I totally agree with the bad service of traveltime...experienced the same many a times...no reporting on time...reason could be anything like the driver not knowing the route...even after you explain it...he says he got it but actually he doesn't and the same pain of calls go on back n forth...on top of all this the most pissing point i experienced is the oversmart and sh&^tty attitude of the customer representatives (a lady)... yesterday my cab reached late for pick up (scheduled pick up time 9 am)...i asked him the reason...he said he got the sms for pick up only at 9 am when he was in chinchwad...when asked about last minute notification, it seems the representative told him that its ur job and u need to do it anyhow...on asking what if the customer (me) tries to contact him (the driver) for whereabouts...the rep said simply not to attend the call!!! though this could have been a story made by the driver...but i had to believe him because when i called up the rep to escalate the matter...she put down the phone and didnt even bother to pick up next time when i tried again (they have the caller id display)...
janta...beware of traveltime and its crappy services...and that &^*& lady should really be kicked out of the job!!!
I agree to it, there should be a legal action taken for this cab service in the strictest possible way, I had booked a taxi to take me to airport, as my flight was there at 11:15am so as per distance and time taken at airport, I booked the taxi at 8 am to report my place a day in advance, the lady on phone said that the booking is confirmed and the taxi will be there, there was no taxi at 8 am, I called up the lady said that the taxi has left and should reach and any moment, there was no taxi till 9:30 am, then I decided to go on my own ...so that I don't miss the flight, then the cab comes at 9:45 am, I boarded the taxi saying that if i miss the flight then I would file a police complain, luckily my flight was delayed and I got my flight ...but the service is pathetic, not sure about the management of this TAXI service, I would highly discourage everyone NOT to avail this taxi service .

Please cancel the licence of Traveltime. I totally agree with the bad services from the Traveltime. My sincere request is to please cancel the licence of the cab services given to them.

I can understand the pain of Jigyesh as the same way Traveltime treated me on 24 June, 2012. The call center was not at ll user friendly, there is no audit trial. Everytime I call them n call picking associates tell me that I don't know the past and so I've to tell them all the story and as usual they tell me that they will revert back me with in five minutes while I was waiting in the railway station with my family and a kid to reached home. Atleast they should tell me the fact that now don't wait for our service and arrange your self and due to that I've to wait in the railway station for 1 hr's. For complain also they don't have a complain cell, I tried to call in the given number and the associated just round me for 10-20 minutes and finally I drop the call.

I too had lot of bitter experiences especially when we book a cab for pick up from Airport or Station... we never get the cab details on time.. and we need to call them several times and finally they will say it is going to take another 10 - 15 minutes.. But we will be left out with no other option other than to wait eventhough autos and other means of transport will be available... Finally they will say cabs are not available..by that time all the other transportations is used by others and not available... We will be left on the road...

The most worst part is that their website does not have a complaint registration forum... I suggest the management of Travel time to open a complaint box in your website to get the exact scenario of your operations.. I am sure it will help you to improve your brand image...
I had a confirmed booking with TravelTime. I called them in the night and asked them for the driver / car details. The said it would come half an hour before the pick up time of 6:15 am. When I did not get the same, I called them again at 6 am. After 3 attempts of hearing only the phone ring, when someone picked up the executive assured me that the pickup was on time as scheduled and the driver would call me in 5 min and still did not give the car details. When I called again, about 8-10 times, the call was first picked up and put on hold by the executive and then put on hold directly thru the IVR. When I finally got thru at about 6:45, I was told of some flimsy reason that the driver was not reachable. I was told that there was no supervisor available to attend to my complaint.

This is extremely unprofessional and unreliable service. Best avoidable.

PLEASE READ IT BEFORE EVEN THINKING FOR THIS CAB:

It was my sons 1st birthday and I planed to visit to dagdusheth ganpati and prati shirdi (shirgaon). Being a very regular customer i booked a cab for this small tour.

Point 1 : Cab was pathetic.
Point 2 : customer care called me before 15 mins of the time of booking and told me that ur booking status is cancelled with our system. (I dont know who the hell cancelled the booking)
Point 3: While booking i was told that as prati shirdi is lil out of pune I will need to pay 16 rs/KM(NO 50 rs for 3 KM will be allowed ). I was agree
Point 4 : Bavdhan to dagdusheth is 10 - 11 KM in the whole words map. BUT this this superman's cab made it 15 KM. still I was OK.
Point 5 : Dagdushet ganpati to pratishirdi AND pratishirdi to Bawdhan back = 74 KM. This is something no one can ever think of.
Point 6 : The Biggest part is here. HE CHARGED ME 25 rs / KM being out of area. I paid for tool and parking too.

I can say that is is not just about bad service this is cheating and making money. I regrade I have choosen these bugs.

Please suggest me what should i do now. Because I had to pay to driver as some of my IMP guests were around and did not want to create a scene.
