[Resolved]  Travelyaari.com — Amount paid but ticket not booked

I tried to book a ticket ex Aurangabad to yavatmal through travelyaari on 6th Nov 16 for Maharashtra travels seat no 17 upper. In the process of payment, the transaction was successful through the credit card but i did not recieve the ticket. The site showed network error for long. plz now arrange to refund my amt Rs 609.00.immediately.
My booking details are as follows-

Transaction date- 6-11-16

Email id used while booking- ali.q.[protected]@gmail.com

Contact used while booking-[protected]

Passenger name- Tanveer Bombaywala

Creditcard statement- Rs 609.00 was spent on your Credit Card 5241XXXXXXXX8341 on 06-NOV-16 at travelyaari_PayTM.
