[Resolved] Travelyaari.com — Bus cancelled without notification | |||||
I have booked a ticket from cuddalore-bangalore on 15th may 2017 through travelyaari on universal travels. On 15 may 2017 afternoon 2 pm, i got an sms from universal travels, that the bus has been cancelled and alternate bus will be provided for the same. I called universal travels guys from my boarding point about the bus arrival, they suddenly said the bus has been cancelled and disconnected and further i called, somebody said bus is coming and after sometime they said, bus has been cancelled and disconnected. We highly regret the inconvenience caused to you, As per conversation with operator, they apologized for the discomfort caused & informed that bus was failed at the last moment due to some technical issue, so they were unable to intimate the passengers, assured that such instances wouldn't happen in future. Your refund has been initiated from our end on 20th May, 2017 & it will be credited into ICICI bank in the next 7-10 working days as per bank refund procedure which excludes Saturdays, Sundays & Public holidays.
