I booked one ticket from burhanpur to pune on 21st august 2017 13:33 ist. Passanger details are as follows. Name: priyanka gangrade Contact no.: [protected] Email: priyanka. [protected]@gmail.com My payment mode is netbanking through sbi india. The payment was successful. And deducted from my account also. But there was no response from your side that seat was confirmed or any other. I thought that due to netbanking problem there was bank's problem but today the response of my complaint is that "your payment was successfully transferred to the merchant please contact your merchant".
