Travelyaari.com — punbus service from delhi airport to jalandhar

I booked punbus service from delhi airport terminal 3 to jalandhar dated 6th december departing at 04.00 hrs.

I reached the pick up point at 02.30 am but no bus arrived at 4am. I was told by the airport officials working on the bus pickup point that there is no punbus service from airport. Because of some legal issue the same was stopped long time back.
This is clearcut a case of cheating. How can you seats for a non-existing bus service and you website is still accepting the booking.
This is causing not only harrasment to the travellers and loss of money and too.
Would you please at least refund rs. 1080 for this booking
