punbus service from delhi airport to jalandhar

I booked punbus service from delhi airport terminal 3 to jalandhar dated 6th december departing at 04.00 hrs.

I reached the pick up point at 02.30 am but no bus arrived at 4am. I was told by the airport officials working on the bus pickup point that there is no punbus service from airport. Because of some legal issue the same was stopped long time back.
This is clearcut a case of...

I booked ticket from Delhi to jalandhar on travelyaaei.com on 29.11.2018. I selected the boarding option as Isbt main gate. When I logged into travelyaaei account I received a message with mobile number to call for any information. I called on that number to ask about the isbt main gate. But the person said the bus will not stop there, I have to travel to jamananagar nagpal dairy for boarding. This is not acceptable at all. It's means the boarding options given in the website are bogus. Secondly, at the time of 10pm night, is it acceptable for a lady to travel in auto to the asked boarding point. I have paid for the service and the boarding point was Isbt. I told the person to cancel the ticket but he said it cannot be cancelled. Now, I want full refund of my money. This was a very bad experience for me. I was all alone and was asked to travel to other area for boarding. I felt helpless. Having such an harassment experience with travelyaaei.com I will refrain from using your website and sai travels in particular.

Total 2068*2 INR has been debited to their account.I want my 2068rs as refund

    Today i have got a refund for my cancellation..but it is not the amount it was mentioned to me.. I got the tickets at 874 rs. And it was emailed to me that i would get 668 rs. Refund as the rest was deducted due to cancellation charges.. But i got a refund of 538... This is not fare.. First of all the cancellation charges are too much.. And even if i make peace with the cancellation charges i am very unhappy with the refund which is sanctioned to me.. I have booked many tickets via travelyaari before this.. But never got such feedback.. I am unsatisfied with the service now.. Provide me the amount which was promised to me.. I am attaching the cancellation email receipt have msg. Of the refund which i got.. Please solve this..

    No further action has been taken on my complaint.. I am afraid that from now on i will not use travelyaari for my future ventures.. And would also tell my friends and family to be away from such useless service provided by travelyaari.. Thank you for your time...

    I was booked seat travelyarri through online as on last tuesday(11/12.2018).but unfortunately that service was cancelled by serice end.i would contact with customer care no of time regards of refund my amount.but still it was not happen and even they won't given solution also.

        As per travel yaari cancellation policy; we can cancel the ticket 1 hr before journey time; however during cancellation they doesn't allow to cancel the ticket and advise to consult the customer care.

        Post consulting customer care, they provide vague response that ticket cannot be cancelled as it already started from station.

        This is serious as it involves money and losses customer trust.
        Please supprot me for my refund of rs 770/-

          I have book a delhi to patiala ticket from travelyaari of 21 november time of bus from delhi is 02:00 pm and i have done payement against seat no 41. 587 amount is deducted from my account but i cannot view my ticket no. My transaction id is 14137550 what do i do? I have less time because today is 20 november and now seat no 41 is not booked yet so much time paased away. As a proof please see my screenshots attached with this complaint. Please solve my problem on emergency basis.

          Today on 01 Dec 18. We are traveling from Haldwani to Delhi, we have booked ticket in "Blue world tourist (P) ltd" in AC sleeper.
          But without prior information the bus provider has changed the bus to ordinary bus. With poor seating arrangement.
          On inquiry they are showing rude behaviour.
          This is mere cheating.

              Dear sir/madam,
              I travelled from dhule to pune on 11.11.2018. Name of my travel which i booked was "atharv travels atharva c k patils travel". But instead of that travel, i forced to travel with "gupta travel" without prior intimation. This gupta travel left all the passangers before manchar city which is 75km away from pune due to some fault in bus. Gupta owner does not make any alternate arrangement of passenger as gupta travel was a substitute bus of atharva travels.

              After inquiry, i found that no such bus namely "atharv travels atharva c k patils travel" is in existance nowadays. Owner of "atharv travels atharva c k patils travel" booked tickets online from travelyaari and make alternative arrangements of passengers in other buses.

              I received a message from travelyaari that, they confirmed with "atharv travels atharva c k patils travel" that bus is scheduled.

              If bus is not there then what travelyaari confirmed with "atharv travels atharva c k patils travel". It is now security issue of passengers specially ladies passengers.

              This is a big fraud. If i dont receive answer regarding this, i will put a complaint in consumer forum against travelyaari.

                Dear sir /madam,
                I traveled by the bus service provided by prathemesh travels, diksha bus on 25th oct 2018 at 8:20 pm, my pnr details are as,[protected] and seat number 14, my other details are name: kurkute j d mob:[protected].
                My boarding location was bhosari, landewadi petrol pump but driver requested me to come to kasarwadi, as bus will come to catch me, and said that he will pay me a local fare for the distance about 5 km. I agreed and done so paid rs 60 for local rickshaw. But he said that he will pay me at the end of journey.
                Bus and my ticket fare was to risod. But 5 passengers along with me were asked to get down at mehekar about 50 km before the bus destination at 6:30 am.
                The driver and the helper arrogantly told us that this bus is up to mehekar and not up to risod. I will not take it ahed up to risod. You can make a complaint for it to where ever you want, their office, or any police station.
                But as we was having our work so better way thought not to quarrel with the rubbish third class people. But request is to repay entire fair to me back and do not use the third class services from travelyaari.com

                  I booked bus ticket from chandigarh to jammu by punbus dated 8th nov 18 10:50 am & back from jammu to chandigarh by zamidara 10 pm but i did not receive any sms or mail though cost of tickets was deducted from my account.
                  I repeatedly contact your toll free no but they insisted that no booking is there in name / mobile no [protected].
                  Consequently i again booked a seat in punbus from chandigarh to jammu on 8th nov by same bus & from jammu to chd by zamidara on 12th nov.
                  When i boarded bus today at 10:50 am punbus i found that there are two seats booked in my name
                  Pease look into the matter & refund me the cost of ticket
                  Also please examine whether two tickets have been booked in my name on 12th nov
                  & if so cancel one ticket & refund me the amount

                      I have booked ticket vide ticket no[protected] my journey was from pune to vadodara and my pick up point was swar gate opposite to ashray travels. The bus didn't arrived at pick up point and after contacting travelyari costomer care i was was able to catch the bus at nigdi flyover which was a one hour journey from swar gate. Once i reached the bus the air-conditioning was not working. As i have booked my tickets for ac sleeper i demanded for change of bus of some other alternative but i was not given any suitable reply or solution. The bus was of deep travels the condition was soo shabby and dirty the curtains were dirty and sticky the mattress were full of dirt and filth. I demanded for return of money as i didn't get ant service as i was supposed to get. More over i have selected pandya bridge as my dropping point but i was dropped at golden chokdi. The total harresment i faced was immense and the bus staff demanded money for giving blankets to few passenger at the beginning of journey.

                        On 17.10.2018 i booked a ticket to tirunelveli from coimbatore through your website. The travel agent was maaruthi travels. The agency said in the afternoon that the bus brokedown on the way so the journey is cancelled. When contacted he said that a mail was written to your office stating the cancellation of the trip and the money would be reimbursed, but till date i have not received any refund from your office. When contacted there was poor response. Hope looking to the complaint a proper response is expected and the money shall be refunded at the earliest.

On website time is given 6am to 10am but from amritsar it depart at 6:30 am as they were busy to take offline passengers. Now the departure time is 11am instead of 10am. Hence i will file a suit for recovery for my damages due to make commitment as i arrived late for my losses you people responsible.

                                  Dear sir/madam yesterday i book online ticket from travelyarri from barmer to jaipur and bus time is 2pm. But when i reach on given address bus was no there i called to given number they said bus is parking on another place and when i teacher in new location then bus is not start on right time 2pm. Bus is late 2hrs for given time bus left the barmer 4pm. And when i ask the details of delay then they behave me very use less and mannner less way. So this time e of scene i seen from bus operator first time. So i will never use travel yaari and never suggest to any body to book ticket from travel yari. And i will charge a an application against the travel yaari on local court.
                                  An i will demand for compensation.
                                  So pay the compensatuon and provide the genuine reason.

                                    But mid way driver said bus is not going forward due to bus problem. Our next journey is maximum 5-6 hours pending. Till departure location.

                                    & driver shifted us in other bus. But not given ant seats. We stand left journey.

                                      I am copying all the mail communication below, they are just giving lame excuses against it.

                                      This has been an extremely painful experience from neeta bus & travel yaari. (Ticket attached)

                                      Neeta bus sent an sms at 11.24 am for cancellation of their bus dated 28/09/2018. Message also confirms that refund is initated (Screen shot attached).
                                      Then struglling to find a right bus, we booked ticket of anand travels from red bus at rs 2000 rs. (Ticket attached). (We had to pay rs 500 extra from previous bus booked at travel yaari).
                                      Now after 2 hours neeta again called & confirmed that bus is not cancelled.
                                      We are now facing dual loss situation, where i have already booked a costly ticket due to neeta mistake & now they are saying me to cancel one of the ticket, which will again cost me 450-600 rs approx.
                                      I called neeta travels & the clearly refused to take ownership & said, please talk to travel yaari only.
                                      I am really disturbed with all this & my wife for whome this booking is done she is also disturbed.
                                      I am now going to travel by anand-travels from red bus as their is no mistake done by them.
                                      Cancellation & complete refund of travel yaari ticket is your responsibility only.
                                      You please talk to neeta & get it resolved.
                                      Very very bad behaviour with customer.
                                      I tell you to refund all my amount for travelyaari booking & additional rs 500 that i paid to get costlier ticket from red bus.
                                      I am ready to take legal action on this also.
                                      Travelyaari.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
