Hi team I booked a ticket Thane to Mumbai, boarding point was chembur east on 20/05/2017 at 6:30 pm. I asking travel agency when bus(MH04G4949) will come they replied you've booked by online we can not help me out, then I keep waiting for bus. It's 7:20 pm bus still not came the I called up your customer care number, they replied we will get back to you within 20 mins. Again I wait till 7:35 pm did not get any response from your end then I booked another ticket at 7:40 pm and left for Pune n I got a call on ([protected]) this no at 7:43 Pm from your end that bus will reach after 15 mins, then it's possible to cancel the earlier ticket I booked at 7:40 pm.
