I have booked a ticket in kallada travels through travelyaari website from trivandrum to eranakulam on 1st September 2016, 4Pm for my mother. On that day the bus started at 2PM and they called my mother and said that bus will start now. She was not able to reach at that time. When I called the travel agency they told me that they will refund the ticket. She was not able to travel that day and she missed a function on the next day. Till now we didn't get the refund also. When iam paying money for bus ticket through paytm wallet but the ticket was not booked and money is cut from my account and travelyaari gives privilege card number.i dont know about these privilege card

I booked 4 tickets for journey from Pune to Gujarat but for some reason I wanted to cancel the booking, I even called customer care for the same but they told me that there is no way you can cancel the booking and no refund will be made.
