I booked my seat at 2o clock, in red bus app.. I saw that time is departure at 8o clock from mumbai to hyderabad.. That bus was came to 7o clock at my boarding point, am shocked i was in central station he called me the bus was in boarding point come in 10min how would i come ther in 10min.. Becoz they are cheating public drivers n cleaners i called so many (30) times but they dint lift my call... Final conclusion is please dont book sangita travells they completly cheating travells pls guys dont waste ur money..
Sangita Travels customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Order no 140318, wrong order received, order western dress and received cheap dupatta.

Please send money amount is 530/-
I want my money back. Not satisfy . very disappointed.

Please send money back in cash.
What company Triviya faulter, they not send good product and right product. I want my money anyhow.

    Recently I traveled to Chennai from Bangalore, with a ticket (Volvo AC Multi/axle) that I booked through redbus.in. I had booked my tickets with Sangita Travels which was suppose to start from Madiwala, bangalore at 5.30 PM. At around 2PM, Sangita travel agent calls me and said that my bus was re-scheduled to 4PM. When I reached the bus (by the way it was not a multi/axle as it was mentioned) which was standing outside madiwala police station and got into it, I knew that AC was not working. When asked to the curator about the reason he shouted that it will work as the bus starts. He as extremely rude and very impolite shouting at the passengers. When we mentioned there was a baby on the bus, he did not care about it. When we asked for a bus change he said you have to adjust. At the next stop all the passengers got down and demanded that he return the bus fare, as he was lying about the Volvo Multi/axle AC bus. Since the windows were closed it was chocking inside. He did not care and kept shouting at us that AC will work. He started cursing us and mentioning who asked us to book a ticket in this bus, which was completely absurd. He finally agree to arrange a bus and said it would come in one hours time. It took 3.5 hrs for the other bus to arrive and all the time he remained the same insensitive and ruthless curator who kept shouting the bus will come in another 5 minutes all the time. He was lying out rightly. Enough distress was caused to old women and children who were traveling in the bus. He was not willing to compensate any o[censored]s. It was one of the worst customer service I have experienced and these kind of curators should be punished for being so ruthless causing physical and mental distress to all the passengers and who does not do the job for the money that is being paid for.

    sangita travel — bad service

    last time, online i booked two tickets of slepper buses of sangita travel through redbus.co.in site.
    The departure time was 1:30 pm.
    I reached at 12:30 pm. That i asked about bus status they told it is at correct time
    Then at 1:30 pm they told bus is cancelled you have to travel in seating buses.
    That i was arguing but i had no option.
    And then seating bus came at 3:00 PM. but the actual time of that bus was 5:00 PM.
    so what they were doing they were making round in city only. and the we actually depatured at 5:30 pm.
    Every one was angry.
    So please next time don't suffer from sangita travel.
    It's very bad. customer interaction was also very bad.

      Respected Sir/Madam,
      I booked bus through Redbus.in from Bangalore to Vellore at 5.30pm, I received phone call by 4.30pm saying that bus got rescheduled to 5.00pm. I force to start from office to reach with friends bike to drop near to silk board, then got a call from travels to come to bommanally and they will pay for auto charge. After reached that location concerned charge denied to pay and phoned travel person and handed over in phone he accepted to pay. After that incharge said he can pay only 10 rupees and explained the discussion had on phone. He shouted on me and asked me if required to travel asked me to keep quite and sit. And then realised people were waiting from 1.30 for the bus, where they arranged one bus for out of four bus. The issue is that even a couple carrying 5 months baby were waiting from 1.30pm. He was replying to everybody in rash manor. Finally vehicle came at 6.30pm to the location. Its really pathetic situation for all were people having health problem and baby.

      Sub: I really want take necessary action on this mater to the specific travels and location incharge at Bommanally - Mr.Paruk (Photo attached with this complaint).

        Hello Sir,

        I booked bus ticket from chennai to bangalore on 20-dec-2012 at 11.45 P through Snagita travels. They charged me for 1500 rs for only sitter bus. When i called the owner of the travels then he told we can charge whatever we want, its our own decision and travel agency.

        Not only this he also used abusive words over phone which was really disappointing. I want to bring awareness about such stupid tarvel agents so that other people do not suffer.

        I am attaching the ticket witt this post.

          I booked an online ticket from chennai to pune in sangita travels through rebus.in. There was a stop in bangalore where another bus had to be boarded to pune. When I reached there at 7 they had no information about the transfer and told me the next bus available would be at 10 causing a 5 hour delay in arrival time. The agents were rude and made no complaint. I think this is just not done and the company should apologize and compensate for this kind of mistake.

            Hi All

            I had a very bad experience with Sangita travels on 13the Jan 2012. I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Pondicherry through Red bus. Bus came at 11.15 pm to Shanthi nagar, Bangalore.To shock of all the passengers thee bus was not a Hi-tech as mentioned in red bus website. The bus not even belongs to Sangita travels and some other travel name was mentioned. AC is freezing inside and no control for AC in some of the seats. However thee bus started from Bangalore and it reached Madiwala in Bangalore. Trouble started there. They overbooked thee ticket and same seat was allotted to 3 people. One of the passengers with thee same seat number really got angry and asking questions. Sangita travel staff told he will refund the money. But thee passenger has to travel due to "Pongal festival" and he was waiting in the bus stop for nearly 1 hour in the chill weather. He told bus will not go unless this problem is resolved. But the driver used abusive/unparliamentary words and both started fighting. Driver and thee passenger both beating each other. Finally police came and the argument and discussion with Sangita travels are going on and on. No solution. In the meanwhile a "Child labour" who is employed in the bus want to restart the bus using some techniques !! wire and clipper and finally thee battery got burst. So now nobody can start the bus. One staff of Sangita travels Madiwala escaped from the scene stating that he will buy the battery and come back. He never came back. Only one poor helper from Sangita travels contacting all these managers to get an alternative bus. He keep on saying a bus will come from "Mysore road" in 15 minutes. But it never came till 4.30 am. The so called managers switched off their mobiles. Police was keeping calling them and nobody responded properly. No refund was given. Finally I catched some local bus and reached my destination around 2.30 pm and completely exhausted. Sangita travels is doing this repeatedly knowing that nobody can do anything on them. Red bus also knows this very well and listing in their website. Ladies, children are left in the middle of the road from 12 midnight to 4.30 am in the chilly weather and they not even bothered to respond or arrange a bus ( I was there till 4.30 am and left. I am not sure what happened already). We need to very careful with this operator. Is it possible to file a case to ban these operators from operating? Any suggestions

              Hi,

              We booked a ticket online on 14th Aug as there was no trains available for going back to bangalore on 15th..... The ticket was for non-ac sleeper. We reached the place and where informed to wait for the bus in the petrol pump... However, the bus was not there. After 30 min, we went back to the travel agency and they asked us to wait for 5 more min. After 30 min, we had a bus which was a non-a/c semi sleeper and then we where informed that the bus has left... They assured us that they would make us climb the non a/c sleeper twice and didnt meet the same. Lastly, we are now informed that they would refund the cash.... Is this service???? If yes, its not acceptable.... I am waiting to know if I would get the cash back? if there is some arrangement in system to punish/assist us with?

              Sangita Travels — Poor Quality Service

              Good morning

              I had the experience of traveling Sangitha Travels recently

              1. I had booked ticket from Bangalore to Chennai for 2.45 bus on red bus.com for 20th August, 2010. I Had booked for seat no.6, but when I had been to travels to get my boarding pass, they gave me seat no.24, when I asked for an explanation, they were very rude and did not give a proper explanation. The bus was supposed to leave Bangalore at 2.45, but it left at 3.30. It was supposed to reach Chennai on 9.00, but it reached only at 11.30. After that I did not get local bus to travel to Tambaram, had to hire a call taxi at a very high price. POOR TIME MANAGEMENT.

              2. For my return journey, I had booked AC Semi sleeper 2+2.They had charged me 750 for the ticket. But when I reached the bus stop, I saw Incredible India bus with Globus board. The AC was so high, that through out the travel water was dripping all over me. The bus was full of mosquitoes, as though, it was breeding site for them. They did not give blanket, in spite of putting AC so high. The bus was supposed to leave at 10.00 PM but left at 11.00 PM. Very poor time management.

              Traveling in Sangitha travel was an horrible experience, never planning to travel it in again.

                Short message – stay away from Redbus and one of their operators i.e. Sangita Travels. Why? – because both are not answerable to you as a customer, even if you have a confirmed ticket Experience? – a co-passenger and I had a harrowing experience of chasing down a bus that we were supposed to board all the way to Hosur just to find that our seats were sold(on the side) to someone else. This in spite of reporting to the Madivala office of Sangita travels at 11:00 pm for a 11:30 pm bus. The bus is no Hi-Tech as they claim. We eventually had to forego our seats and travel through the night on local buses. The bus that we missed had a flat tyre, a minor accident and the driver a fight with a lorry driver thereafter. Came to know of this from a friend who was travelling in that bus. There is not a single positive thing that will ever make me book another ticket on Redbus and their Sangita travels operator. I was sent from pillar to post to get a refund for my ticket and had to argue with straight-faced liars. Finally managed to get it with some losses only because I could speak the local language.

                Plz governament will take action on REDBUS.IN. why bcoz, while online payment my amount debited but didnot get any confirmation mail or ticket. I lost Rs.2000/-. like this.
                The amount didnot refund by redbus. The fraud and cheaters of redbus. Customer be aware of REDBUS.IN

                This is about booking ticket online through, redbus online payment gateway.

                I was scheduled to reach CHENNAI from Hyderabad on 27th April 2011, for which I being at home on Sunday thought Redbus would be convenient option to block ticket. Next moment I connected my laptop to Internet and typed redbus.in in my browser. Selected a bus operator, choose a seat, the next screen is about details of passenger and payment, payment type selection. In which I had to fill in Card Holder Name Number etc, then comes the scary page on my browser [Security is not taken care of, very vulnerable to attack]. Which says the page is not secure to go forward, had taken me to some weird page before I landed on SBI. I made the transaction on Master Card Secure page which takes care of security issues.

                From there I landed back on Redbus Payment Gateway [With redbus as a watermark] which never worked. I shut that page after 4hours long waiting time. I lost my money from my Card too.

                I had to call their customer service some 40 times to know my status.

                I hope Redbus techie management is listening to customers like us to improve their service.

                I leave people who read this to choose from going to Redbus / alternative.

                  My self Trinath resident of bangalore had traveled from chennai to bangalore last night date: 20th Jan 2011, in Sangita Travels Sleeper bus (dep: 10.30pm) boarding from koyambedu(Bus No: KA-01 B- 7491). (Bus Fare : Rs.550/-)

                  I have given berth no L11. I have seen the berth and the condition was not in good so informed the REP regarding the same and want to change or cancel my ticket. The Representative told me to take the berth at SL5 and in (guindy stop/ Sangitha travels pick up point )they told me that the seat which i was occupied was booked by others.

                  when confirmed by the Guindy Representative they have clubbed the passengers of 9.45 pm bus in 10.30pm bus. When i have asked him what about the promise and he told me to get down (it was an insult to me).

                  The bus was dirty , untidy, dusty , the foul smell and bed sheet and pillow are coated with thick stains (same as floor cleaning cloth) Really it was hell experience and i am experimenting asthma now. which i had never had asthma since last 12 year.


                  worst travels had made me unhealthy....

                  My suggestion to the owner of this travels not to travel in his owned bus ...he may also suffer asthma or suffocation.

                  I have seen all the Best Travels and sangita travels (Particularly the Bus no: KA-01 B 7491) is the worst one out of the best

                  My request to sangita travels do not forget the basic principles of service , this type of treatment will surely cost them in the long run.

                  No more recommendations from me, I'm afraid.......

                    We got a bad experience of traveling Sangita Travels recently.
                    We booked two HI Tech AC ticket to Bangalore from Coimbatore on 26th December,2010 at 10.30 pm through online booking.Even though we have reported the travels one hour before they said bus has not yet arrived please wait for some minutes.They were keep on saying this till after 10.30 Pm.Then suddenly they said if we want we can go to Bangalore in the same bus but we will get last 2 seats instead of seat number 17,18.We were very much shocked.They said due to double booking the problem was created.we agreed because we have to go to office the next day.After getting into the bus we had another big shock we paid 850 rupees per seat but the seats were without leg pad and very bad condition we couldn't adjust the seats position.I have to sit straight and my husband has to be always in 135 degree position.And the bus got repaired on the way they wasted more than one hour.

                    Hi,

                    Its is that time in your life when you buy a second hand scooter.

                    One of you can lie at 180 degrees like the reclining Budhha and rest while the other one drives the scooter. After 10 hours you can switch, by following this simple routine you can easily finish Kashmir to Kanyakumari in 6 years and 11 months.

                    And STOP BAD-MOUTHING SANGITA TRAVELS IF YOU ARE A POOR PEASANT WHO LIKES TO TAKE BUSES.

                    Still upset, buy your own bus and call it Tatti Travels.
                    Travelled from Pondicherry to Bangalore on 12th Feb 2011 by Sangita travels (Booked through travelyaari.com)...chargeed 850 RS for an Volvo bus (That is what they claim as)....For me it's a Worst but..No proper seats, No Window curtains etc... But got broke down 5 times...No alternative arrangements / refund provided to us and we were left on the highway in the modnight 2:00AM.
                    Sangita travels personnel (madiwala office) is not concern on this and he says 'If you want GO TO THE Police and complain"........WoW what a good Customer service.... They are not concern on the passenger safety.

                    This kind of travel's should be banned, i dont know how they survive.

                      I booked Sangita non-Ac sleeper to travel to Bangalore from Chennai.
                      The bus is filthy with lot a mosquitoes, berth being wet and bed sheet wet and coated with mud. I suspect they have been like that for quite sometime since the berth is stinking.
                      When I asked for replacement of bedsheet atleast I was told that berth and bedsheet got wet due to rain and they dont have replacement. When I insisted that I can sleep on this, I was told that I am cancel and go. When I tried cancelling, they said they cant cancel now since it is booked via redbus.

                      I am not sure how a travel agency is allowed to ignore basic hygiene even when they are collecting 600 rupees. I saw small kids also traveling in same bus and cant stop thinking is there nothing we can do to get basic necessity met (that too we paid demanded money). I am ranting all this in this forum, but it still bugs me to know that we cant take any conclusive action on these folks.

                        My children were traveling from Mumbai to Hyderabad on 26.07.10 by Sangita Volvo Bus seat No: 3&4 and the ticket was issued by OSWAL TRAVEL AGENCY No: 5483(Tel.No:[protected]/1591). They got down on the way for urinating on the way some where before Sholapur in the mid night, and had informed the driver. The driver did not bothered and sped away leaving them on the highway in the mid night.Leaving them stranded in the mid night. With great difficulty they could reach Sholapur around four in the morning and took a State tansport Bus to reach Hyderabad.Their baggage was in Sangita travels Bus which was collected by us from here after receipt of the Message from them.This is a serious lapse on the part of the driver and conductor of the bus and necessary action should be taken by the management and charges incurred by us should be refunded.

                        I strongly agree. This is what the present status of India.

                        Sangita Travels — Very High fare

                        1. Sangita Travels, Which operates volvo and other kind of buses from bangaluru to coimbatore and vice versa charges a fare of Rs. 750-800 on weekends. Whereas it charges Rs.450 during the week days.

                        2. This creates inconvenience for the passengers and they have to pay more than the travel is really worth.

                        3.I request you to look into it and kindly regularise the cost of tickets.

                          I had the most unfortunate experience and unsafe trip from Coimbatore to Bangalore by Sangita Travells / Jeyam Travells , On 23rd Sunday, May 2010.

                          Yes its really scam and irresponsibility About Passengers, Just Like They were Running Public Travels with out any of safety,

                          Please read fully how and all we meet adventure, then you know how lucky we are for still alive.

                          Starting time of the bus is 1.30 pm from Coimbatore but driver went for the lunch party in Owner House. All Passengers are waiting in Boarding Point. At last Driver came at 2.15 pm, Once we entered the bus we couldn't fell that is Volvo bus, really all the parts is stuck by sellotape, then finally after filling diesel and all he left 3 pm from Coimbatore.

                          >>>> While bus is running the cleaner holding the steering and the driver coming out from his seat then cleaner jumping to driver seat, really we cant believe what they did, then cleaner starts driving.

                          >>>> after some 20km we felt something burning smell on bus, suddenly one passenger shriek and coming (running) from back we turned and we also start running because full of smoke is coming from last seats. we understood something caught fire.
                          then all are came out and looking back side and inside of the bus is full smoke, then cleaner opened the side bonnet, he couldn't open that because full of smoke. once he opened its burning inside, driver took water in the bucket then they stopped after some fire fighting.

                          >>>> for this incident driver couldn't answer properly he blamed owner, then we called jayam travels Coimbatore, they where laughing after hear this, we are stunned like anything, then we started asking different bus.
                          for that they said
                          " you should think about this and all before booking ticket now if you want other bus means go and arrange yourself, if you want to complaint go and complaint anywhere you cant do anything", then everybody called no responsible answers. they are not giving owner number also.

                          literally all are upset and we don't know how to continue on the same bus, whether its again caught fire means, there are more than 20+ passengers and 4-5 child's,

                          Then Driver Given confident after a long arguments all are continue (no other way, standing on highways)

                          at the same time Driver and cleaner changing the Ac Fuse for every 10 min.

                          >>>> We slowly relaxed from that fire accident, the high speed of the bus is at the maximum 50km (note:Volvo) After 5 hours of travel, we reached near Thoppur completing 50 percent
                          of our journey.

                          >>>> In Thoppur suddenly bus stopped on the center of the high ways (NH-7), we were looking driver " Driver and cleaner pulling gear with is full strength and trying to put first gear" Luckily there is no heavy vehicle behind us, some cars followed they managed them self.

                          >>>> Again getting down opened bonnet they said oil leaking and air locked so clutch and break is not working. then after some time they found something and removed Airlock.

                          No one traveled like this ever. Please Take the action against to this kind Travel agents to avoid major accidents. because this kind o[censored]nconditioned vehicle only lot of accidents happening all are thinking its drivers mistake. in this kind of vehicle drivers also cant save him self then how could for passengers

                          Hi All

                          I had a very bad experience withe Sangita travels on 13the Jan 2012. I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Pondicherry therough Red bus. Bus came at 11.15 pm to Shanthei nagar, Bangalore.To shock of all thee passengers thee bus was not a Hi-tech as mentioned in red bus website. The bus not even belongs to Sangita travels and some otheer travel name was mentioned. AC is freezing inside and no control for AC in some of thee seats. However thee bus started from Bangalore and it reached Madiwala in Bangalore. Trouble started theere. They overbooked thee ticket and same seat was allotted to 3 people. One of thee passenger withe thee same seat number really got angry and asking questions. Sangita travel staff told he will refund thee money. But thee passenger has to travel due to "Pongal festival" and he was waiting in thee bus stop for nearly 1 hour in thee chill weatheer. He told bus will not go unless theis problem is resolved. But thee driver used abusive/unparliamentary words and bothe started fighting. Driver and thee passenger bothe beating each otheer. Finally police came and thee argument and discussion withe Sangita travels are going on and on. No solution. In thee meanwhile a "Child labour" who is employed in thee bus want to restart thee bus using some techniques !! wire and clipper and finally thee battery got burst. So now nobody can start thee bus. One staff of Sangita travels Madiwala escaped from thee scene stating theat he will buy thee battery and come back. He never came back. Only one poor helper from Sangita travels contacting all thee managers to get an alternative bus. He keep on saying a bus will come from "Mysore road" in 15 minutes. But it never came till 4.30 am. The so called managers switched off theeir mobiles. Police was keeping calling theem and nobody responded properly. No refund was given. Finally I catched some local bus and reached my destination around 2.30 pm and completely exhausted. Sangita travels is doing theis repeatedly knowing theat nobody can do anytheing on theem. Red bus also knows theis very well and listing in theeir website. Ladies, children are left in thee middle of thee road from 12 midnight to 4.30 am in thee chilly weatheer and theey not even botheered to respond or arrange a bus ( I was theere till 4.30 am and left. I am not sure what happened already). We need to very careful withe theis operator. Is it possible to file a case to ban theese operators from operating? Any suggestions

                            Please be cautioned if you are booking tickets by Sangita / Jayam travels for the first time. They charge 5 star rates for a crap service that they operate in the name of bus service.

                            7th of May 2010 I travelled to Madurai from Chennai and was charged Rs 750 for an AC bus that had AC defect and the driver had just driven the bus from Bangalore to Chennai. Since the bus was not fully booked it was started at 1:30AM instead of 10:30PM, the bus stopped almost at all important points inside Chennai for 15 min to bring in passengers.
                            Finally the bus reached Tambaram at 3:00AM and all these after tough verbal duels between the passengers and Jayam Travels representative who was in the bus accompanying it till Tambaram.
                            Since the driver had driven the bus from Bangalore just before this trip he started dousing while driving and to avoid him from sleeping some of the passengers had to sit next to him and keep him engaged.
                            Finally we reached Madurai at 10:30AM in the morning. I had taken a promise not to travel by this bus service any more.

                            12th May 2010 , I had to travel from Madurai to Chennai and approached a Travel agent who is known to me very well personally to book a ticket and had specifically told him not to book by Jayam / Sangita travels , I was given the assurance that the operation of Jayam Travels from Chennai is crappy whereas from Madurai it is one of the best after a long discussion I was convinced by my friend to try Sangita / Jayam once more this time on a Volvo AC bus (which had defective seats / AC etc..) , bus started at 10:30am , alas what a mistake I did the same thing repeated , seat selling went around Madurai and continued till Trichy , we reached Trichy at 1:30AM in the morning and bus left Trichy at 2:30AM , just before Chengalpet at 6:30AM bus broke down and we were told that it would not move beyond Chengalpet , as I had to go to office that day I boarded a government bus and reached Chennai.

                            I suggest anyone wishing to travel should consider the below choices
                            1) Train
                            If no booking available
                            2) Bus service run by KPN , ABT , Parveen.
                            If no booking available
                            3) Government buses.

                            Never try fly by operators like Sangita / Jayam Travels etc.

                            i ma booking ticket from mudari to tirupathi on 17.01.11 booked on Happt tours & travels, shop No. 9, Jawans Bhavan, West veli street, Madurai reg. No: 95/2009. the each ticket cost is 920 ruppes paid (4 x 920 = 3680) the agent was transferr the Jeyam Travels D21, Shopping complex, Periyar bus stand, Madurai. this agent is one of the bus Madurai to chengalpattu bus stand dropped. and then next person comes to praviate bus shiffted. the person was dropped in tiruthini. and the next person was shiffted in another private bus. the person was dropped in tirupathi at 12.00 clock. very cheeting. so many lot of problems facing. the jourany problemas facing the details dissuction with the layer in our consuer court person. the bus ticket was online cost is 600 Rs in AC. but the agent was 920 per head cost to pay the time.

                            the next letter is all tickets attachments to your mail.

                            my layer was discussed and another letter to layer notice.

                            yes really sangita.jeyam travels suck your life. Please cancel you trip inspite of going in Sangita/jeyam travels...its better to stay at home rather than travelling with these .
                            Subject : Bad Experience with Sangitha Travels
                            Trip Information : June 20th, 2011 (Sunday), 10PM trip from Madurai to Chennai; Sangeetha Travels booked at Jaya Travels
                            Details :
                            Bus Fare was Rs.850 and the ticket description showed that hi-tech 2+2 35 seater A/C bus
                            I dont know how they are defining this??? it was just an ordinary bus with A/C. It was not even a Air Bus, i was able to hear the shock absorber sound (actually not shock absorber, its spring), it was such a good old bus
                            Even a sleeper A/C bus wont cost Rs.850
                            Bus started at 10:30PM from Periyar Bus Stand (instead of 10PM)
                            Diesel was filled and the bus moved from 11:00PM (instead of actual time 10PM)
                            Driving was very rude/rash, i was almost flying (When asked him to drive slow, driver said, its almost late, and he has to drive fast ; this is how accidents happen)
                            Extra persons :
                            1 person was sleeping in the path,
                            3 persons were present in the bus cabin including a mature girl
                            2 ladies were given last seat and were allowed to sit with men
                            Men booked with women sharing the nearby seat, i cant understand how booking happens!!!
                            A boy got into bus in Dindivanam, he was giving money to the cleaner... I dont know whether this is authorized with Bus Owner!!!

                            It was a very bad experience travelling in bus... Finally, it was a bumper lotter for the bus owner and it was a bank robbery for the customer.

                              Hi,
                              I traveled from Coimbatore to Chennai on 17 May 09. The Sangita travels charged me Rs.850!! for the travel with a bus that has defective seats and no proper leg space. Even the 2+1 semi sleeper does not cost this much. They did not provide any shawls and kept the A/C at full, when people complained about it they switch it off, this was happening once in a while.
                              One can feel the slightest bump in this bus, it is like a converted old bus fitted with A/C. I just want others to be aware before booking this bus and spending of so much of money that does not worth at all. I don't understand if the rates can be fixed as anybody want to and if there is any law to govern this.

                              hi travellers...look seriously abt this complaint...we three of our frnds traveling from chennai to madurai {AC VOLVO MULTI AXLE SEMI-SLEEPER} on 22/05/12 AT 11PM (DEPARTUE TIME AT KOYAMBEDU)...the seat nos are 15, 16, 35...my seat no 16 (the pushback mechanism did not work)we paid around 2500 for 3 seats inspite of this ...the manager(balakrishnan ) did not respond properly and they never made an alternative to this incident...this is the WORST travels that i have ever traveled in my life...so kindly be careful with these thieves...below for ur conformation i had attached the ticket...the vehicle registration number is AP 02 U 9244..i also informed to koyambedu and guindy office at the same time ..regarding this issue...the manager replied me with {u can cancel the ticket) on a very crucial highway(at 12.30 pm night) ...is this the way to help travellers?.ONE OF MY FRIEND WANTS TO BOARD AT TINDIVANAM...the staff also assured me to board him at tindivanam but they failed to do it .bcoz the cleaner went to sleep and the driver did not know the dindivanam stop(shame on travels) bcoz he is extremely new to this route...the staff members pushed the driver to drive the bus to madurai...so take a resoultion ...dont ever book the ticket on sangita travels...bcoz the management here is babarian people...they dont even know to communicate with customers...so beaware of this MASS THEFT...with regards kumar, siva, saro...

                              yes ..this is true ..i agree with these statement because i also experienced the same issue in chennai-coimbatore bus...so try to avoid this bus better u can travel in setc bus...

                                My husband and I bought two seats on an air conditioned bus of Sangeeta travels seat numbers 27 & 28 travelling from Chennai to Bangalore.Half way through the journey at Vaniambadi toll gate the bus stalled and the air conditioning failed and the conductor kept assuring the passengers that the defect would be rectified a little ahead of the journey but it was just a ploy to keep the passengers from complaining.Our seats also were defective as the locking system was not functioning and we had to travel all the way i.e. for seven hours with our seats reclining . the bus being an air conditioned one was sealed completely and the heat was oppressive and unbearable causing utmost discomfort.The company charged us Rs. 500 per ticket for the journey.I would like the company to repay us the cost of the air conditioning as well as for the discomfort caused to us .The registration number of the bus is KA-20 D 6399 The date of the journey was 28.04.09 at 1400 hrs..
