Grievance details : consumer calling no - [protected]., name of the company : travenova holidays, booking id/no/membership id : trage05sl1042, booking date : 09 oct 2019, paid amount : 42000/- problem : consumer said that he took a membership for holiday package from this company. As per company terms they didn't provide promised service and company not entertain with him so he faced the problem and he paid also 42000/- to company and he not have any service of company. Expected : consumer want his paid amount and lodge a grievance against to company and want solution.
