Travenova is a fraud company. They arranged a meeting at rajmahal hotel in meerut and sell tour package. I paid them 20000 by credit card.
Yamini told to make emi of 20000 and give us tour on next day only but now they are not picking up call, no reply on whatsapp/email. They are not able to give their single service to us. She told emi is very easy for us to make.. But all fake.
No services provided i want my money back as...

Before a month i got a call from travenova holidays about to attend a welcome seminar hold in kurukshetra hotel saffron. I paid 25000 in advance in cash. But now they r making our fool. This is a fraud company. They can only make fool of coustmer.
Yamini who gave me membership never pick my ph. Nor the coustmer care. I get zero service from them i lost my 25000rs. But before taking their membership just think about it...

Paid amount : 42000/- problem : he took a membership for holiday package from this company. As per company terms they didn't provide promised service and company not entertain with him so he faced the problem and he paid also 42000/- to company and he not have any service of company. Expected : consumer want his paid amount and lodge a grievance against to company and want solution....

Travenova fraud company hai. Enki batton main mat ana. Pehle jo sales team ko wo apse paise le lenge then service team apko service nhi provide krengi. Always say pay amc fee but sales team apko kuch aur recommend krengi. Also behaviour of service team is very bad they do not pick your phone and message you call you back but u dont receive any call. Travenova co call me on hotel revoly in rohtak haryana and provide plans for holidays i accept membership and pay advance rs 10000 but now not providing any tour package nor picking phone or reply on mails.
