Travenova — service not provided

Travenova is a fraud company. They arranged a meeting at rajmahal hotel in meerut and sell tour package. I paid them 20000 by credit card.
Yamini told to make emi of 20000 and give us tour on next day only but now they are not picking up call, no reply on whatsapp/email. They are not able to give their single service to us. She told emi is very easy for us to make.. But all fake.
No services provided i want my money back as soon as possible...,...
