Travlook — No refund of money

Actually I book a ticket a from delhi to Visakhapatnam on dt 23.09.2021 REF NO[protected] ticket is confirmed on23. 09 . 2021 and confirmation ticket also send to my gmail account with in 5 mins customercare through I just received a cl and she told to me your ticket is cancelled from our end the amount is refunded with in a week but the amount is not credited into my account and I just call to customercare centre on 05.10.2021 she told to me your request can accept and with in 7 days time the amount is credit Ed to your account and 15.10.2021 she told to me within 5 days time the amount is credited to your account very disappointed service from travlook such a worest response such a same for now a days like this kind of response from big compant
