Travolook — Airlines tickets

Myself Anupam Dutta booked tickets from Travolook for me from Kolkata to Mumbai on 15th July 2022 after booking the tickets after sometime i received a call from the travolook saying that for some operational reason your booking got cancelled and you will received your money within 15 days. now it is been one month but still not received my money back. Kindly help me out to get my refund. But after so many phone call and email for follow up not yet received refund. The last email received from travolook on 4th March. The last email received from Travolook paste as bellow:-

As I said in the previous email bank undertaking form filled and sent it to you.
Kindly check and refund the amount as soon as possible. Enclose the undertaking form in the attachment please find.
