Travolook.in — Airline ticket refund not processed since 23 days | |||
I had booked flight ticket on 8/Aug with REF[protected]. Payment was deducted of Rs 7796. Within an hour I got call from Travolook helpdesk, where they informed booking cancelled due to price expiration and money will be refunded in 6 days. Before i could ask any questions, they hung up the call. Today 31/Aug, I have still not received refund from Travolook.in. As per your policy on the website, you process refund within 8 days. Looks like Travolook is fraud company who is collecting and using free customer money using failed transaction/refund mechanism.
