Travolook.in — Refund of cancelled flight

I had booked ticket on 1st June from Delhi to Srinagar from travolook.in. But due to their cancellation as they mentioned seat is not available, I couldnot travel and I was expecting refund, but after many calls and follow ups, they provide another 15 days of waiting period. Its already been more than a month. Kindly help me in getting refund.
