Travolook — Refund not provided after 4 weeks

Hello Team-
I made an airline booking using the Travolook site on Jul 15. And in about 5 minutes they cancelled my booking mentioning it’s an operational issue, asking me rebook.
I am yet to receive the refund for my cancelled booking (Rs 17944). After numerous emails and follow up calls. I am yet to see the money credited to my account. It appears like they are doing this fraud with masses and it’s extremely disturbing to see a company run it’s operations and still exist. Please take the lost strict action against them.

Hello Consumer Complaints Team, Thank you for your support in this matter. Somebody from Travolook reached out (email id- [protected]@gmail.com). After a few discussions, I am confident this is another fraudulent business/department trying to steal personal information. Can you please put me in touch with the Travolook team. Is there an official email I can use to contact. Thanks a lot.
