Travolook — Refund not provided after 4 weeks

Hello Team-
I made an airline booking using the Travolook site on Jul 15. And in about 5 minutes they cancelled my booking mentioning it’s an operational issue, asking me rebook.
I am yet to receive the refund for my cancelled booking (Rs 17944). After numerous emails and follow up calls. I am yet to see the money credited to my account. It appears like they are doing this fraud with masses and it’s extremely disturbing to see a company run it’s operations and still exist. Please take the lost strict action against them.

After a few discussions, I am confident this is another fraudulent business/department trying to steal personal information. Can you please put me in touch with the Travolook team. Is there an official email I can use to contact. Thanks a lot.
