Travolook — Still they did not refund my amount

I have booked Air Asia flight ticket via Travolook on 05-Feb-2021 for 10-Feb-2021 from Bangalore to Hydrabad with booking reference number : REF[protected] .

I got email from Travolook in 30min saying that ticket got cancelled and they told refund will initiate soon.

I have called multiple times and emailed lot of times still they are telling that, I will get my refund amount and refund will be initiated at our end and the amount will reflect back to the same bank account within 07-10 working days (excluding saturday, sunday and Gazetted holiday)..

Today is 29th March 2021. its almost nearly 2 months still i did not get my refund amount. I am attaching all the snapshots.

Please help me to get my refund amount.
