Travolook — Ticket Refund Not Received | |
Hi, I booked a flight ticket from Kozhikode to Ahmedabad to travel on April 15th via 'travolook.in' website. My Booking Ref is REF[protected]. Flight booked on 9th March 2021. Indigo Flight 6E-6448 from Kozhikode connects at Mumbai, and from Mumbai Indigo Flight 6E-5376 reaches Ahmedabad. Right after making payment, I got a mail that the ticket is being processed and after a few minutes received an email that the ticket fare got expired and so the reservation got cancelled. Immediately I got a call from a Travolook representative and the person told me that my flight booking got cancelled and that I will get a refund within 10 days. Seeing all the reviews on Google and complaints lodged on 'Consumer Complaints, ' Travolook seems to me like a fraudulent website with the same modus operandi with which they deceive all the consumers. I tried calling their customer care number, waited for 15min. to talk to a representative. He told me that I will receive the refund within 10-15 days. But I am very much skeptical about Travolook.
