Trolley suitcase damaged in warranty period

Address:Vishal mega Mart Noida sector 71

Have purchased a Pronto Luggage from Vishal Mega Mart Noida sector 71 (U P ) 5 June 2020. The suitcase got damaged within Warranty period (i.e. 5 years). The mall staff refused to hear our complaint.
Kindly help me to exchange this products I have the warranty with Vishal stamp...
