It is disappointing 😔 Trawel Mart has not been very active in resolving complaints. This lack of response can hurt the overall customer experience and the company's reputation. We suggest that Trawel Mart address these customer issues as soon as possible.
Have purchased a Pronto Luggage from Vishal Mega Mart Noida sector 71 (U P ) 5 June 2020. The suitcase got damaged within Warranty period (i.e. 5 years). The mall staff refused to hear our complaint.
Kindly help me to exchange this products I have the warranty with Vishal stamp...
