I have received 2 wrong products from the company and its been almost 20 days, there's no response from their end.
How am i suppose to contact them for refund.
There's just 1 mail id that's it and that too is unresponsive. No contact details nothing is available.
Fraud it is.

              After reading all the complaints, they purposely give you wrong product which has low price than what you have ordered for.
              I have ordered rosewood hand block cotton suit
              I have received blue lining kurta that is too single, no dupatta and pants.
              Kindly look into this matter.
              I want to return this package and give a refund of rs. 800/-
              Please don't fool your clients.
              Fraud website. Please don't buy from such frauds.

                              Description: product has not been order but one of the family member has received without concerning and paid money. When call to customer care of trending lady and inform my concern and ask for refund he is saying he will send the money to google pay but before that i need to follow procedure by sending a encrypted code to another number within 30 seconds of time when i denied. He is saying if you want refund you have to follow this procedure (Please refer screenshot below of encrypted code which he has send to me).
                              I would like to get refund of 800 which i paid him.
                              Note: the person ask me to forward the encrypted code to this number
                              [protected] within 30 seconds when i said i have not received then he has use another number which is [protected].

                              Updated by Mehul024                               I have received call from another another number and asking me to forward the encrypted code to another number when check both the number morning are same to whom they are saying to forward. I said i wont forward any message kindly refund the amount in mobile number.. For refund in my life this is first time i am observing i need to forward encrypted code to some another number.

                                I have ordered a sunset yellow chikankari suit but i recived some other product. I mailed the site but not response taken then. I'm reporting this complaint in this site for the second time as in the previous complaint they called me and mailed me too but after that no transaction has taken yet still and they told me that they will be calling later but i recived no call yet. He asked us for our account no. And instead of transaction he take out our ₹799 from our account and now not responding to our call. This is such a fraud kindly help and i'm submitting this compliant for the 3rd time.

                                  I ordered an Chikankari suit from this site and i recived some other item. I mailed them too but they are not responsing towards it. They have also not provided any contact number. This site also shows in Instagram also, I ordered it from Instagram itself.
                                  This time it's not about the quality or size it's just that the order received is totally different as you can see in the posted picture.
