      Neither product despatched nor refund initiated

      I made an order with the online store of Basics Life on October 24, 2021 for a shirt. This was already delivered late November 2, 2021 against the mentioned date of October 27, 2021. This was also fine, until I placed a return/exchange on their online store for a smaller size (L). Any amounts of calls to either Basics Life or the courier partner were of no use. Finally after sending an email on Nov 7, 2021, I somehow received a response that...

      I have returned the product and still I have not received my refund and if I reach out through mail or customer care or basicslife watsapp all are just ignoring without proper response I am not getting any update to my queries

            We purchased basics shirt for worth of rs. 1899/- and purchases on 31/05/2020. The invoice number is ht[protected] and shopped at trichy showroom tamilnadu.
            The shirt got faded and lost its color after first wash and noticed a tear in under armpit.
            The same thing was informed and the shirt was returned to the shop today in the showroom on 20/06/2020.
            Hence it is requested to exchange the shirt for its actual value and provide us new one at the earliest.

                Malakpet store manager rude behaviour on 7/2/2020 at 20:06 at store, where as i came for purchase of shirts behaved wrongly and spoken rudely used vulgar words not treated me as a customer.
                This is not the way to behave with the customer either you change the staff or close the store. You guys check with my mobile number how often i come and purchase.

                      I am Chitta Ranjan Pradhan, I have purchased t-shirts in buy one get one offer on 01/05/19 and billed value was 1, 399 rupees(1 t-shirt value is Rs.1, 399 and 2nd t-shirt value is Rs.1, 299). I went for exchange and exchanged t-shirt value is Rs.1, 399 against the above t-shirt 1, 299, but Basics store charged me extra 100 rupees. Where in buy one get one offer I have billed for 1, 399 rupees. Can you please consider why have I paid Rs.100 extra where I could have availed offer till Rs.1, 399. I have argued with store manager and they told me, unable to help you can contact customer care.Now I am fully dissatisfied with the service is provided to me.

                      Can you please consider the above facts and advise me how can I get reimbursed the extra paid amount of Rs.100.

                        My name is Sriram. I bought a Jeans from Basics Life at Shanthi Colony 4th Avenue, Anna Nagar, Chennai 600040. The type of Jeans is Drift (Low Rise, Slim Fit, Tapered Leg). Serial Number on the Jeans is[protected]BJN35532. I bought the jeans in the month of October before Diwali. Today the date is February 1st, 2018. So it has been approximately 4 months and i have washed it maybe 4-5 times since i bought it.

                        I am noticing a patch of cloth right below the zip is fading and i think after few more washes it will create a hole. I have noticed the same thing happen to jeans after a year o[censored]se. But, i did not expect this to happen so soon with this jeans. I have attached pictures for your reference.

                        I am a big fan of Basics Life clothing and their design. I have high expectations for the quality of clothing i am receiving. I just want to point this out so that you can prevent it from happening in the future production of Jeans. Thank you

If we purchase for 1500 they will give the coupon for 750 which we can redeem during november and not mentioned anything about the mininum purchase amount. When we tried to redeem the coupon they told minimum purchase is 4000 to apply the coupon offer... Basics shop in karaikkudi providing the wrong information and playing with offers.. Never expected such a bad experience from a popular brand store...

                          There is no smart watch in the box and there is only a Bluetooth headset which was free with the watch and that is also not working and I have been trying to call but they are not picking the calls and I have emailed also but no response from them they are fooling people and I want my 1900 rupees

                            My policy is lapsed because of technical fault of hdfc. Last 20 days i am running pillar to post, their branch, phone banking & even with ms malti kandhari (Escalation1 officer) all is futile... I keep getting auto message... We will get back to you...

                            Hdfc life is too disinterested in handling old and loyal customers. And only calls for new policies. If my claim arises and policy is in lapse status they will be responsible as i have given the chque 15 days ago to marthalli branch

                                  The company has been giving fake advertisements saying select merchandise are given 50% offer but instead, they're given a 30% + 20% discount which does not even come close to the 50% offer.
