14nov am serviced my car but still am facing problem am complaint service advisor castamar care but not use to me still my car is another service centre

this is regarding highly dissatisfied customer service experience I have to go through with my recent service which I had availed at your domlur/kormangala branch, I hope someone is looking on this matter ASAP, as l am feeling completely cheated, before writing any further I would like forward to hearing back from you ASAP or I ensure you to take matter on diff social platform or even consumer forum.
Now the brief of the issue: on 14th Nov I had availed service at your service center for my 4-wheeler, which cost me approximately 14k, I availed this service just because I was planning a family trip to Mysore, whereas before I can drive till 100 kms, my car broke down in very mysterious way. I was initially share shocked that how can that be possible as service took place yesterday. I would like to ask you to put your feet on my shoes, at midnight stuck with 8 months old son and 7 years old daughter along with helpless wife, for more detailed information about that night call me back I will try to explain you but l am sure might not related to the situation. I called back to the service advisor Shankar (m [protected]) to get an immediate help but instead of helping me out with this situation, he did not attended the call. Later somehow I managed to get a private toying service which cost me 2k again on Bangalore-mysore highway and manage to reach another Hyundai service center in Mysore named as star Hyundai service center and I was in huge surprise to here that they are going to charge me another 15k for repairing of my car.
I think Hyundai stack holder should take a strict action against the service center and compensate me for mental and physical harassment which me and my family had to go through along with the additional expenses of toying and repairing the car. This is most disgusting service I have availed through out life. For any further information of query contact me over email or call.

To my huge disappointment today (22nd Nov 2019) I had a word to the customer care and while asking the resolution, representative put mute on call and never returned back waited for 10 mins then disconnected the call.

This last attempt to reach someone from Hyundai, I will talk to consumer court
