Trident hyundai cheating their customers

Hi, Trident Hyundai cheating their customers by charging extra for mapmyindia without telling to customer. When complaint about it at the showroom the sales person's manager at that time(during July 2020) name: Sushma L Kumar promised me 9K worth of service coupons which I have got the same in written in the month of July 2020 but I haven't received any coupons so far from Trident Hyundai. I had been in regular contact witg sales guy for my coupon and he always gave me assurance about delivery of my service coupon. I also gave him time since whole world was going through pandemic. Now have waited too long and now when i followed up again, I got to know that the sales person left the job and the manager Sushma never picks up the call. The other sales person who came in to handle previous sales person's client isn't giving me any proper answer. I had enough, now i want justice and compensation for time I wasted on them for 2 years.

Car not delivered after full money taken
JAN 26 car booked not received after 6months also. Govt restriction implemented after 4 months of booking but no updates yet on delivery.

Dear Trident team,
I got delivery of Elite i20 car on 23rd Oct 2020 at Hosur road showroom and they promised while booking with extended warranty as well and now they are saying it can't be given. Its very unfortunate and never expected these kind of false statements from Trident Hyundai.

Insurance approval

As per trident recommendation, I have taken Cholamandalam insurance from trident from the past 3 years.
Yesterday when I was parking the car inside the residence without noticing the pillar at right back side and got hit to pillar.
Yesterday I have confirmed with the service center and left my vehicle for repair.
But today when I enquire for claim approval and service. I got to know from the insurance person he is rejecting to provide the approval.
I request resolve as soon as possible.

14nov am serviced my car but still am facing problem am complaint service advisor castamar care but not use to me still my car is another service centre

this is regarding highly dissatisfied customer service experience I have to go through with my recent service which I had availed at your domlur/kormangala branch, I hope someone is looking on this matter ASAP, as l am feeling completely cheated, before writing any further I would like forward to hearing back from you ASAP or I ensure you to take matter on diff social platform or even consumer forum.
Now the brief of the issue: on 14th Nov I had availed service at your service center for my 4-wheeler, which cost me approximately 14k, I availed this service just because I was planning a family trip to Mysore, whereas before I can drive till 100 kms, my car broke down in very mysterious way. I was initially share shocked that how can that be possible as service took place yesterday. I would like to ask you to put your feet on my shoes, at midnight stuck with 8 months old son and 7 years old daughter along with helpless wife, for more detailed information about that night call me back I will try to explain you but l am sure might not related to the situation. I called back to the service advisor Shankar (m [protected]) to get an immediate help but instead of helping me out with this situation, he did not attended the call. Later somehow I managed to get a private toying service which cost me 2k again on Bangalore-mysore highway and manage to reach another Hyundai service center in Mysore named as star Hyundai service center and I was in huge surprise to here that they are going to charge me another 15k for repairing of my car.
I think Hyundai stack holder should take a strict action against the service center and compensate me for mental and physical harassment which me and my family had to go through along with the additional expenses of toying and repairing the car. This is most disgusting service I have availed through out life. For any further information of query contact me over email or call.

To my huge disappointment today (22nd Nov 2019) I had a word to the customer care and while asking the resolution, representative put mute on call and never returned back waited for 10 mins then disconnected the call.

issue with seat covers my car is delivered on 25th october 2019 till now car seat covers not done

Hi dear team, my car is delivery on 25th october 2019 that day your sales team who approached with me megha from trident hyundai g b palya branch she told we are very busy come later for seat covers till now my car seat covers is not done i told her i will be free saturdays and sundays accordingly she told me this saturday like 9th november 2019 she ask me to come now suddenly she change the words like today is not available vendors they are on leave i am not happy with this totally i am disappointed with this issue it is been 15 days is over i have given them option also for pickup my car in weekdays and do the seat cover fitting and return back my car they are not responding on this pls help to get this done on priority basis.

insurance for vehicle no ka41z5186

Trident hyundai team was approaching continuously for my car insurance renewal for last one month. I agreed last week & based on options given by them i have paid the premium last week. After multiple follow up on this tuesday evening the team told me my insurance case is rejected & i need to opt for other options. By this time my insurance got expired & they told me to get vehicle inspected & pay higher premium for other company insurance.
When i called the business head of your insurance company also she said we can’t do anything & it is not their fault. Not even apologetic & with arrogance.
With no fault of mine i had to pay for higher premium & wait for vehicle inspection to get insurance for 2 days.
When they are incompetent why should they offer service to us.

trident hyundai, bangalore booking cancellation

I booked a car in trident hyundai kudlu gate showroom bangalore, and due to some reason i canceled the booking, and mail them for cancellation request, they said within seven working days they will refund the booking amount, i also agreed for the cancellation charges as per the rules. But till now its 15 days they have not refund my money and not responding properly also. The manager and the management is worst i have ever faced with. For my my money i have to beg them. They are doing fraud ppl i suggest you never go for trident hyundai any branch ever else you will be in trouble for sure.

I had booked i10 sportz in january paying one lakh as advance. As a middle class person required some loan and time to make rest of the payment, mean while i was getting calls from the sales regarding rest amount that have to be paid. Worst car service, guys dnt go to mahadevapura for car service, they wont clean properly not even they didn't do clean and again to come another for cleaning etc.
Major thing they made scratches to my car, if i ask to them they are saying these are old one. Luckly i have a pics before giving service but still those ppl arguing with me.

Hi,
My cousin sold her car to trident. The representative took the rc and asked her to sign the docs. Once signed he is now telling that the money will be transferred only once vehicle is delivered. He is also threatening to give the vehicle. Is there a service like this? Is this authorised? The representative name is vedamurthy. Kindly investigate and do the needful.

car servicing was damaged the car

I gave my hyundai Grand-10 for servicing yesterday(14th Sep 2017) in indira nagar service center after the trident hyundai service call center calling me a hundred times. They took my car early in the morning and promised to get it back my 12 PM.I finally got my car around 8 PM in the evening by calling them multiples times with the car Boot (dicky) light on. I tried a lotz to switch it off but doesn't work then i took my car to the local mechanic and they disconnect the connection. As it was working perfectly before giving it for servicing . They screwed up my car. No proper cleaning, Back gear was not working properly nothing has been done and for free servicing also they charged 2500 rs unnecessarily. I am not sure now how to fix that boot light issue now.

I had booked hyundai creta on 04-aug-17 by paying an advance of rs.25, 000. I was promised that the car will be delivered within 3-4 days.
It has been 6 weeks now & there is still no sign of the car.
Also, i got a call today that i need to pay much more than the price agreed upon while booking.
This is extremely disappointing from such a reputed firm like hyundai. I have been a proud owner of santro for 12 years. This incident has seriously dented my loyalty to hyundai.
Seek your intervention to end this harrowing experience.
It has been 6 weeks now & there is still no sign of the car.
Also, i got a call today that i need to pay much more than the price agreed upon while booking.
This is extremely disappointing from such a reputed firm like hyundai. I have been a proud owner of santro for 12 years. This incident has seriously dented my loyalty to hyundai.

Poor response / No actions on customer complaints from Trident Hyundai, Outer Ring Road, Bangalore. Getting multiple calls from their customer care team/manager but no actions yet after lodging my complaints several times.
My Complaints:
1. Didn’t receive my extra amount that was paid at the time booking (9 Months ago)
2. Referred a friend to buy a car from their showroom. Didn’t get the referral bonus as per their promise.
3. Didn’t receive the appropriate discount at the time of booking as per the offer. False promises...
