Trident hyundai team was approaching continuously for my car insurance renewal for last one month. I agreed last week & based on options given by them i have paid the premium last week. After multiple follow up on this tuesday evening the team told me my insurance case is rejected & i need to opt for other options. By this time my insurance got expired & they told me to get vehicle inspected & pay higher premium for other company insurance. When i called the business head of your insurance company also she said we can’t do anything & it is not their fault. Not even apologetic & with arrogance. With no fault of mine i had to pay for higher premium & wait for vehicle inspection to get insurance for 2 days. When they are incompetent why should they offer service to us.
