We booked for a trip for 3 people made a advance payment due to corona virus outbreak we have sent a request for cancellation their service is so bad it's been 5 days there is no reply as to when the refund would happen the booking was made for the date august 12th 2020. They are not concerned about the customers at all and their problems. Very very pathetic service inspite of sending mails frequently they don't reply back. Was this information helpful? |
