Tripgateway.in — booking reservation not being confirmed even though booking done more than 7 weeks before.

In spite of repeated mail/phone call till date i was not informed about the location and /time slot being given.
My first choice was panchgani and first time slot was 18th-22nd october as per the trail mail request sent by me through mail.
It is too late to get any confirmation as it will not be possible to arrange travel tickets.
