Tripgateway.in — Misleading customers by promising assured gifts | |||||
Tripgateway associate suraj called me up on 26th of may 2016 saying it's happy hours in tripgateway and if you make a payment of rs 8999 within 2 hr you will be one of the lucky customers to win a lenovo yoga hd+ tablet which will be delivered in 7 working days. Its been more than a month. Neither i received the gift nor any welcome kit which they claimed to be delivered to wrong address. Only false assurance. Today when i called an extremely arrogant guy named rusheel insulted me speaking in a very rude and abusive language. He was intentionally mispronouncing my name as "liar" instead of "iyer" and started to teach me how to calm my mind and not to be angry instead of solving my problem. After follow up many time to this Fraud company.
They clearly said to me that they won't refund my fund.

And One of their cheater representative by name Gaurav Maheta calling me and saying me to remove my complain from here, After they will take 45 day time to response me weather to refund my money or not, as per their fraud company policy.
Such a Big Big Fraud Company.

Again I am saying to Consumer complain board take immediate action to this Fraud company..
They are cheating 100 of innocent people on daily bases.
