[Resolved] Tripgateway.in — Wrong commitment and not giving service | |||||
I have purchased the package at rs 8999. The tarun sales executive person told me that you will get 4 nights in 3 to 5 star hotel for 4 nights for 4 person and free sony tablet as you are booking during happy hours. Till now they have not given me free tablet moreover they are able to provide in 3 star hotel as well. Instead they are giving in 1 star hotel. They are telling we are boss and we would decide whether to give or not. We are here to earn money and nobody can do anything. we will be giving same offers to everyone and make fool to everyone. They also told if you complain then also its ok as they will not do anything. So i request to take action agaist them and show the power as many people have complained about it but till now no action has been taken against them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Aug 2, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved It is a fraud company selling packages in the name of gift.They are sending mail from [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]. Basically they are selling package at rs8999 which includes 4 night hotel stay and free gift such as tablet or phone. But they are not providing anything out of it. When someone ask for refun they will give refund of rs 8100 and that also after 3 months.Basically they are earning 900rs from every customer and enjoying on interest they earn by blocking the money for 3 to 4 months. I would like the government to take strict action against all these fraud company so that no one thinks of opening company and selling fraud things. TripGateWay.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

They have also told me that they give free tablet as i had taken package of rs8999 from tarun. So i request to take action against them and tell them to refund my money.

They are refunding the money nor they are giving the package and gift as they has commented during the payment of package. So i request you to talk with them and tell them to either refund my money aor provide both package in 3 star hotel and free tablet as per the commitment. You let me know about it as they are not giving anyone out of it.
Gaurav told me that he will not be providing refund nor tablet and if you want package then we will give acc to their choice of destination and dates will also be according to their. So why i will i take. So the best solution is that you tell that company to issue the refund.
Hi dnt waste time taking to the sales persons in trip gateway. They r just a waste of time. Please write down ur complains and send it to trip gateway via speed post. Post 15 days send the same to consumer forum.dnt worry about even i[censored] have less evidences. There will be many such cases against this company

one more victim in me...same offer 8999/ same false promise...lets make one group in whats up...and discuss, so that this should not happen for others...[protected]...
