I am using their services and I must admit that they have the worst customer service, I don't understand how this company is surviving despite of so much problems like slow speed, ping issues, poor performance,
They took my router without any reason and misplaced it, it's been more than two months and I am still waiting for the response.

They have option for paying online but plan can not be changed on the same portal. For changing the plan you have to call their so called fake customer care where only two or three executives sits ( I can tell that because I am continuously calling their call center for resolving my problem and could speak to only 2 or 3 employees.)
technical head (Owner) Varun has no sense of talking or resolving the issue
I asked them to change my plan and they even confirmed me and now I got to know that they have not changed my plan and asking me double amount., they are big time cheaters
