Triple Play Internet By Den Digital In DLF Gurgaon — Worst customer care service and unacceptable behaviour by the staff

The most pathetic customer care service you could ever experience.My internet broadband was not working and for the complaint filled at 4pm and regular follow up every hour I was only told that a technician will visit my house within an hour but no one turned up till 10 pm.At 10 o clock the technician calls to visit and after denying entry at late hours I requested for an early morning visit.The person confirmed to visit at 10 am the next morning, but no one showed up.
At 1pm after calling the customer care again I was astonished by the rude behaviour of Pavan dubey one of the many CSR's .He refused to give me my complaint no. and spoke to me in a very condescending manner.He also denied bringing the manager/supervisor on the call.He also denied to arrange a call back on any other no. accept RMN, when asked for his manager's name he did not give me that too and hung up abruptly without any action plan.
Still taken aback by the kind of trainings provided to the customer care here and the post service behaviour of the employees.
