I had always been paying in advance for my usage. All of all a suggest a bill of 182was raised in last month. By my billing cycle
Which I proceed to pay. later I learnt that it was for Aug. Howcome you can cheat customers like this...

From last three days, my internet is not working and i have complaint so many times in their customer care but they are not concern about customer complaint. Their technician are also not trained to resolve the issue. This is a big harassment for a customer. My work got suffer just because of their poor services.

Please help me to get my money back as they are not able to provide services as they committed earlier.

I was charged money for connection shifting and since a week no one is even responding to my request.
I raised a request for connection shifting more than 10 days ago. Their ground staff came this sunday and took shifting charges from me and since then no one came to configure the router. I have called customer care phone no. So many times but no one is acting upon it....

I am using their services and I must admit that they have the worst customer service, I don't understand how this company is surviving despite of so much problems like slow speed, ping issues, poor performance,
They took my router without any reason and misplaced it, it's been more than two months and I am still waiting for the response.

They have option for paying online but plan can not be changed on the same portal....

Ok how do i begin... Triple play by den at dlf. The less said the better. They are a night mare. The call centre is rude cannot resolve issues. I have been a week without internet and how long more is still a mystery. They could be least bothered i have given up complaining even. There should be an authority which would take action against them. Even if they offer you a free connection my advise would be say no thank you. At least you would...

Terrible connection, need to call and complain every 2 days. After complaining about the speed, a guy will come and the speed will be ok for one day. Then the whole cycle repeats itself.
Helpdesk support also sucks....

Just got Triple Play interactive network internet connection installed at my home in DlF phase 3 and this is the worst internet service I have ever encountered. Reminds me of my college days when internet speed would be 64kbps... Their service is non functional half the time and they do not resolve any complaints after 6pm so i[censored] come home after work and internet is not working then u need to wait till morning for complaint to be resolved....
