Triple Play Internet — changed plan to double costly tariff without consent

Dear representative,

I use tp broadband services at my home - xxxxxxxxxx, noida, uttar pradesh.

I had subscribed to 1150 broadband plan. Recently, when i checked my portal, it seems that i am being charged unnecessarily in access of inr 2065 per month for quite a few months.

I was told by mr pawan tewari that last year in october my plan was changed to inr 2065 plan in last year october. Please note that i never requested or provided my consent to this change. Request you to please look into this and initiate a refund of all the due amount[protected] for 5 months - a total of inr 4425 back to my bank account.

I have had a word with various representatives at triple play about this, but no resolution has been provided so far.

Above mail was sent to triple play 4 days before, and following is the follow up i have been doing so far...

Over the last few days, i have been trying to reach more people as directed by your customer care, but not able to connect.
Request you to please look into this on priority, as i am unable to use internet since last few days now.
