I was ordered 3 lehangas for rupees 2364.76 but they delivered 3 cheap quality sarees, which was delivered on 22nd may 2018, i want to returns back products which are delivered so plz help me out. This s da worst website and fraud company i come across and if anyone know hw to contact, plz tell me the right track to contact triviyaa plz let me know and help me out

Please be informed that, i have ordered 2 products (Kurti) from a company called triviyaa. And i received my order on 21nd may, it was totally different ie. I have received 2 cloth pieces.

I want to return them but the customer service is not responding.

Instead of the ordered product, I received a different dress. I am not interested in this product therefore I will send it back to you.

I claim delivery of the product I ordered as soon as possible. Furthermore, I claim compensation for the freight costs I had to send back the wrongfully delivered product.

My order is different and i have received different dress, so please replace the order or refund as soon as possible.

This is to inform you that, last friday[protected] i have ordered a kurti from a company called triviyaa when i received my order i am totally shocked after opened, it was totally different ie. I have received a saree.

I just want to return it & want my money back @ rs.530 /- against fabulous order receipt no. #183158 dt. 22/5/18 deliver through xpressbees awb[[protected]].

There is no proper contact details of the company on their website... All fake details.

They post on fb everyday of their collections and mentioned return within 10days... Fake company & fake collections.

I have ordered 2 suits but instead of that i have recived 2cheap saree. Order number was180273. I want my money back otherwise i would have been complaining about it. Company is not taking any action.. Its a fraud company.. Please block it otherwise many people will get fooled by trivyaa.. If cyber report can be done i will do it.. I ordered a gown n very cheap saree was delivered in the packet. Wat is this... How cheap u guys are... I[censored]r site don't know how to make a customer happy, better learn, n delivery d same product that's shown up in the site.. Bloody cheap

This compay shows awesome products online n delivers only cheap n different products... This is a fraud n fake company

I have ordered a blue colour western dress and you have delivered a yellow colour dupatta.. Please take the parcel away n provide me my money.. Lot of people are complaining on your website.. Are you fake? I have read the reviews after ordering from your website and i don't even get a way to cancel the order. I have checked the parcel as soon as i received without giving the money to the courier boy.. But he too refused to take back the opened product and said that you will have to file a complaint online then the guy will come and take back the product.. So now please look into the matter and give me my 530 rs back.

I chose the blue colorful designer saree. but some other saree has been delivered.please return to my money.still no resolution on triviyaa complaint status update [id: 179029]
Kindly take hard action against to these kind of fraud sites, who don't have product & taking money to customer.

I want to cancel my order no. Awb[protected] as soon as possible as it was placed by mistake. I tried to contact the company but the mail and number provided both are incorrect. Triviyaa has provided no official source on which we can contact the customer care service. Please cancel my order no.[protected] so that i can place a new order as i dun need the current ordered product. Please do the needsome as soon as possible.

Have ordered three sarees (Order no 179420 in triviyaa.com (Under fablulous) and were delivered on 21st May 2018. Unfortunately the delivered products were those sarees which we have ordered. So i want to return the products as soon as possible. Please inform me the right track for returning the products. If it possible please refund my amount... simple they have created a website and cheating like anything we have launched a complaint but we are getting a mail it's short so you people are ignoring the mail...have lost 1200 ra is it a small amount ...

I have received a very cheap saree. And when we are calling [protected]/ [protected] they asking for debit card no. For return amount.. They are fraud and making us fool. I want the money back.. How these people can openly cheat and ask for debit card details.. Action to be taken against them.. People like them have made the online portable so cheap. The product i received not even my maid is going to wear it. Request for refund and shut this bloody site.

I order a saree products code ts-42 and my order no 173242 on date[protected] and i got it on[protected] and payment method is cash on delivery but when i open a parcel it was horrible firstly the product is not what i ordered and secondly the product is very cheap quality saree and that saree is not use able then i contact the customer service but no is fake then i call the no [protected] which given on bill but that is also fake i send a mail but they don't reply or even show that it's not found i have a request to search about this company and refund my money.

I have placed an order for cream color designer anarkali dress from triviyaa.com online shopping site and the order got placed and asked for pay cash on delivery and once the product got deliver to me and the moment i open and check i saw; instead of that designer anarkali dress i have got worst quality saree with orange color.
And when i thought of returning or replacing i don't see any email confirmation; no order details in that site account, no customer care number; no address found from where it is coming and not only this.

The moment i start searching for numbers from google for triviyaa customer care so many helpline numbers were present there and i contacted 2 of them and one call somebody receive my call and he asked my debit card number; expiry number; cvv number and also otp number, so that he can withdraw all my money from my account and he was claiming that like this way he will refund my money to my account.
So i got to know his intentions and i gave him the debit card number for the bank account in which bank balance was zero and i don't use it just to check their fraudulent act and he exactly did what i was expecting he asked all my details and try to do withdraw 5000 some change in first instance by asking otp and i gave him coz i know there's no money in that account and the transaction got declined again he said i will try to refund once again, and said madam you will get otp once again and he tried to withdraw 2000 some change and again the transaction got declined, so he asked me finally that you don't have balance in your account and i said yes that's why i have given this account number, so than he was asking me to provide some other bank debit card details, so that he can withdraw all my money.

So, please please please i request if you can help me getting my money back which is rs.746; also take a strict action against this site and people; they are making fools to the people and staling their hard-earn money.

This is ishika sankhari. I purchased a designer gown (Product description - triviyaa desinger gown for women's-58) on may 14, 2018. Then i received a sms which stated that my order has been delivered in 7-8 bussines days. But today (I. E. May 21, 2018) when i received the product at 6:15 pm i saw that the product was mismatched. Then i called your customer care no. (1) [protected]; 2) [protected]) which i got from google, the call receiver told me that they (Triviyaa company) owuld refund me the total amount, which was 747 rupess, but in that case i had to provide him my debit card number. Providing debit card number is not secure, that is why i did not do that. I urged him several time to return my money through account transfer to my bank account, in that case i wanted to provide my ac. No. But he denied. At last i went to the nearest police station and the on duty officer called that person ([protected]) in front of me and he ([protected]) agreed to return my money into my account through ac no and ifsc code. Now when i am providing my ac no. And ifsc code, the first number i. E. [protected] is switched off and the second one i. E. [protected] is not being received.

Here i am giving two pictures. The picture numbered as 1, i have got and which is numbered as 2, i have ordered.

Still i am cooperating with you, if you don't then i have to take more legal steps, because it is a case of harasment, forgery, breach of trust.

Ordered a gown but received a cheap material saree that too damaged one.. After reading reviews i feel i got cheated... I was waiting for the gown eagerly & my sisters were also interested in buying the gown i ordered..
But highly disappointed... Please exchange with the gown i ordered or refund my money with the additional charges like tax and shipping...

I have never used such words this is the first time i am feeling helpless .

15different spam users u hv registered in customer care...

Hats off to ur inhumanity...

I accidently placed an order and want it get cancelled as soon as possible.

If this order reaches me, i will not pay any sort of amount as i am informing u of the problem faced by me.
