Dear sir,
I had purchased a kurta bearing no. 182553 and today i received a cheap dupatta in place of the kurta through blue dart agency. I tried calling their customer care no. [protected] however there is no response after we opt for options and it gets automatically closed.

Kindly through blue dart try to get information about triviyaa and take action and resolve my problem for refund of my money collected of rs. 530/-.

    And what i recieved is 3 cheap sarees...

    I want my money back...

      Triviya is one of the biggest fraud company, i ordered kurti (Price-530) but got an very cheap quality saree.
      Please inform to people that they shouldn't place any order from triviya.
      Even we are unable to find the customer service number in website. Please look in to the customer service number +[protected],
      Worst company. Please take charge on these kind of companies and close this companies as soon as possible.

        I cannot contact them as their site, email, phone, portal everything is fake. Please help. Please provide the details of supplier for the refund.             Triviya order awb:[protected]. This is my order no. 177192 i placed on 15th may but today i received a wrong product. I ordered kurti but it today when i received it it came out to be a saree. I want to cancel it. I want my money back as soon as possible. The product that i ordered was a layer kurti with separated inner.. I am highly disappointed with the service..

                I had ordered designer lehanga no 008. Order ref no.172627 was been successfully placed with triviyaa.com and was delivered today evening 20may 2018. Order total :value was rs 854 which i handed over to bluedart courier person as it was mentioned cod. However after opening the package found that inside there are 2 cheap quality saree's. I need full reimbursement asap. Hence need intervention from concerned folks to help settle this on priority.

                  I received a packed on 19.5.2018 bt i shocked that another 3rd class itom in packet.
                  So i return item immidiatly. And pl return of my payment 747.00.

                    I ordered a product gown in triviyaa but i received a saree and that too of a cheap quality. They are frauds they told me that they need my debit card details to refund but i sense that they are #. So i request every one not to pay heeds to the cheap adds like that. I was knowing that what they will deliver but i still ordered to teach a lesson to some one.

                      We ordered one saree and 2 gowns from triviyaa and we received 3 cheap material sarees. And now they say they don't have a return policy and are not registering our complain. We paid 2000 rupees and we demand our money back. They gave the sarees with same design and cheap material. They did not give us any information whether the order was placed or not. And suddenly 2 days prior to delivery they send a message saying that our product was getting delivered.

                        As according to my need i want to get it by yesterday (20/05/2018) because i had to attend the anniversary function of my mama ji at up. And also am out of town now, so i can't collect the parcel too.

                        So, kindly cancel this order.

                        Make it fast and urgent so that i can soon order the another one for another upcoming function before the day arrives.
                        Make it sooner.

                          By order no. 136561, i was ordered gown-36 golden colour. Against that order i have received a parcel today, after opening a parcel i seen that there is a black colour sari inside a parcel instead of ordered gown-36. So i request to return this product and send me my ordered product gown-36 golden colour as early as possible. And inform me about status of my return process.

                            As i booked n suit from your site on 15th may 2018 with order no. 175539 and also i received my order on 20th may 2018 but the ordered product is wrong.

                            I booked a kurti (Code - 004) but you send the saree instead of my kurti and also i call ed to your customer care no [protected] on 21st may 2018 but the person (Deepak kumar) said that cannot replace the order also he is not revert back my amount.

                                Hello sir i have ordered kurti order no 173290 from triviyaa.com through cash on delivery... But i received cheap defected saree... I get a number [protected] from customer care triviyaa and i talked on that about the matter...in which he requiring my debit card number... I sure that the person whom i talked with is totally fraud and they are doing cyber crimes with many of the people...                                   I had ordered 2 gowns and one short one piece but i have received saree of very cheap quality... My order number is 174518. Return my money of rs 1825. This is not write to cheat the consumers like this.
                                  I want my money back and collect the order from me.

                                      Please cancel my order no -187223. I am finding no option to cancel this order and can't call them as it is isd number. I ordered product by mistake and i do not want to buy it. Please do cancel the order. It is a western dress. Cost rs 590 something around. It's is oversize for me just by mistake ordered it.                                         Hello i am sraddhya adhikari today 20th may 2018 at 11.15 am i recieved my order from triviyaa. Instead of a small sized kurti they deliver me a cheap saree. The courier send me by xpressbees and the delivery person was also very rude he take the cash without signing any delivery paper and didnot give me time to check my order. My order no is 177379.
