I have ordered "wedding codes lehenga-008*1", order id-3060867, invoice value-rs 769.33, seller name-allburry but l today l have received one cheap black saree. I have also called to customer care, given by them, but the number is unreachable. Is it a joke? Do you think that money drops from trees? Don't cheat others, go and earn yourself with some honesty, if you have guts. I know that customer care service is for helping, so refund my money back as soon as possible, l want my money back. If my money will not be returned back then l have to take legal steps. I have many reporters, lawyers, etc known. I want my money back within one week or give that original product which l have ordered but if not returned then l will take legal steps. I am submitting here the photo of white lehenga which l have ordered and that black saree which l have received.

I tried calling on the numbers provided its a fake company thy are cheating the customers...i had placed an order of a gown ...i recd very low quality saree ...they are advertising on face book ..none of their numbers are workjng i want to return the product and get my money refund

The item i ordered was a gown and the product delivered is a low quality saree. The amount is 746 and there is no return option in the website. I need to return this item and get my money back. Most Horrible ever delivery i have seen. These kinds of apps must be closed by the consumer court

Am really disappointed with you because I want Scott Rs.399 n I paid Rs.530 and I don't need that cheap saree which I found there for i need that Scott immediately I hope you will exchange product that's all

    I ordered a gown on june 5th 2018 and the order number is 215541... I received a cheap quality saree instead of a gown... Very disgusting... Please refund the amount of rupees 746... This kind of cheating is not appropriate.. These people need to be punished... Please help me get the refund as soon as possible... Also request to spread this issue to others who may get into this fraud company and make them aware not to use this website... Request you to give back my hard earned money...

      I had ordered a women gown of rs 599 plus taxes but received a sari instead of gown. Its a very sad experience. Its my first order with triviyaa and it has failed completely. Kindly refund the amount or replace it with the original order. I will never suggest anyone for buying products from triviyaa. We purchase so many things online but never happened like this. Now we saw also there are so many complaint against u. So far only 4 percent has been solved. Kindly see my complaint n did needful.

              This product which i received today on 9th june 2018 at 4.15pm was not mine product which i ordered at your site triviyaa. I paid cash amount for this order of rs. 530/-
              I ordered 1 kurti but i got 1 cheap level saree. My order no 213036. Which i don't required. So please return back this order & transfer my paid amount or return my paid amount and take proper action against it. No response from company. Email and mobile no are fake. How we get my money.                 I ordered the black colour desiner gown but i got the green colour cheep saree.
                Its very disappointing.. The quality of that saree is very poor even not looking like 100 rps saree. I want my money back of 749 rps as soon as possible,

                  I have ordered one suit and kurta from triviyaa.com, but after opening the package the product was different from what i have ordered. I received very cheap quality sarees.                     I have ordered a western wear with order id 3025252 and received a saree which is very bad quality and look too. I have called to the given number in the site which says 24/7 customer care but the number is not valid. I have mailed to the given mail id but
                    Dint get any feedback. This is a fraud website. No return policy. M moreover in the homepage you cannot track your order or cancel it.in the given parcel a number and address is given which is in surat sunrise plaza behind abc society gunagan chowk gujrat. The number is [protected] which is not reachable when i called for return. The address is also wrong provided. Please help because this site is taking everyone's money and not providing the product which is being ordered.

                      Useless, fake n fraud company... Ordered something good for which they have sent such cheap sarees that is not at all good for giving away to a beggar... Such fraud should b punished... N taken to the consumer court... Be aware people... N please return the amount... They don't cancel orders n never look on the reviews that the customer send.. Fraud.

                        I ordered a kurti from triviya and in my absence my landlord received my courier. As soon as in the evening i reached at my flat i opened my courier instead of kurta there is a saree in the packet and that is too pathetic. After that when i tried to call them the number they provided on courier packet was wrong.

                          They people are fraud and they have send me wrong product. They are doing it intentionally.. Please dnt buy from them. When i tried to call them, number was wrong and there mail id is also fraud. I searched online and got the customer care number.. They used very bad language and taking to me in abusive language. They said you can complain in police. They said if you want refund give us your debit card number with cvv we will refund it in 2 min.. They dnt want to listen any thing just want card detail.. They are disconnecting call again and again.. There number is [protected].. Please help me to get my refund of amount 530.

                                  I had ordered a gown from triviyaa. But i received a cheap saaree.. I had paid 750 rs. My mother paid the bill. But when i opened it i was shocked. Gown was attractive but a cheap saaree is given to me.. And that saaree also doesnot worth 750 rs. It looks like it is of 300-400rs. Actually it is not a saaree,, it is kind of dupatta. So it is my humble request either change my produc or refund my money although i have to take actions. Thank you.

                                      I had order a triviyaa designer dress from the above mentioned site triviyaa 7-8 days ago. I was exicted of the ordered dress and was eagerly waiting for the delivery. Finally the day arrived the delivery was done by the blue dart service and I paid the amount of dress worth Rs 746.92. i was shock to see that instead of the dress they delivered a cheap pink colour saree on my husband's office address.i was so upset as they cheated upon me. The bill which was attached to the parcel was only having my husband's name and office address. There were no details of the date of order, delivery date nothing. I thought of giving the saree back I wanted my refund but the site did not have return or refund facility. Total loss. I am depressed
                                      I want my refund and the mental harrassment charges too.

And there is no such mail that they will resolve my problem neither they have taken any steps and effots to solve the problem which they have created..
