Triviyaa — not received what we have ordered

I ordered white color handloom saree but they delivered very worst/cheap saree. Try to tracing the mobile no of [protected] but it's not reaching. how to return the product please tell us. I paid Rs. 640/-.

I have ordered two gowns in which one was 400 and another was 600 from your site triviyaa.com with order number: 147500.

But i have received different sarees which are waste material and completely different from one which i have ordered.

Received packet through blue dart awb on 14th may 18 and charged rs. 1178/-.

As it is not the one which i have ordered, i want to return this, please send somebody to collect the packet and give back money or sarees which i have ordered.

No return policy details available in website.

If we are not receiving response, will approach legally against this by doing fraud and cheating people by sending the products other than ordered products.worst experience
