True Balance — I paid loan but showing overdue still

I was take a loan from truebalance application but i was paid my total loan amount but still showing overdue in my cibil/crif report. I was many times try to reach them via call/mail/twitter but they didn't contact with me also not solve my problem please help me. [protected]. [protected]@gmail.com
