I m going to complain in RBI regarding this company .i have taken the loan but can not repay because of financial crises .but i am getting to threatning call again and again to the agents are calling my relatives and abusing them who have given them the right to use my contacts . I am going to file a case against it in RBI .and they have torchure me meantly so much that i am thinking of committing sucide .

On date 13/1/2020 and on 12/1/2020 i did two recharges of ₹149 which have appeared outstanding loan in ARTHIMPACT DIGITAL LOANS PRIVATE LIMITED so far i want to pay it because my cibil score have spoiled

On 02 Aug 2021, 08:44 I made a Jio recharge order through 'True Balance' app via Amazon UPI, the transaction process ran successfully and the money from my bank account got deducted but the recharge was never reflected in 'myJio' app, and yes I've checked multiple times for mistyping of my phone number and yes I typed all my number correctly, and when I contacted their given customer service email, after 2days today on 04 Aug 2021 I received an autogenerated joke email saying some basic info about how to check my recharge and claiming that they fulfilled the recharge by their end.

I am kishore I take a loan from u but . I don't pay amount because. I lost my job . But recovery team calling me daily I said my problem but they threaten me to they dial my contacts and show me I am fraud to them this is how they do to their customers.

I had made the payment 13 days ago but i am asking for receipt they are not replying and not closing the loan.

I am Kishor Kumar my true balance I'd is [protected], I booked the gas on 4 February and payment has been done through online but my amount is deducted and the gas booking is still processing.i have also emailed the customer service representative of true balance but no resolution has been provided to me. Didn't get any information regarding platform charges and gst charges before taking cash loan from true balnce and repayment procedures

I have paid the loan amount of 9, 247.
And transcation was successful in my bank but the transcation was failed in true balance app I mailed many times but they said 7-10 working dzys and now saying to send bank statement and saying again wait 24 -48 hrs this is the way u treat the customer with out response and they are not at all showing responsibile on my payment and now the amount is in fine iam paid 15 day before only so I don't understand how can this happen

Dear sir,
I have taken a cash loan from truebalance and paid all outstanding amount within the given time period on 29th May 2020.But till now fraud messages are coming to my registered number to make payments and calls are coming to make payments.
I have check my credit score on Cibil bureau portal and found that my credit score dropped due to this circumstances.
I have provided all these details with no delay several times to customer care email of true balance.But they didn't respond it by any mean and I am harrassed by Truebalance .The due date was on 29th May and I already paid on that that but till today they are sending me messages to pay once again and calls are coming to make payment and today I received a message which via attached and bank application screenshot along with e-mail confirmation of debit with this mail.
Please check it and take immediate action on this issue ..

I had done the recharge of 365/- and 94/- but service is not resumed I called customer they are telling wait for 48 hrs but after 3 days also my service its not started I called again and they are telling for complaint register for refund and I send a mail then now they are sending mail recharge done from our side if it’s not done please send a mail with writing of operator
This is a customer responsibility to take a consent from the operator
Paisa lete time nai samja kiska kya responsibility hai either refund my amount or do the recharge it’s a totally responsibility of true balance

I took a loan of rs 4000 from true balance now due covid I lost my job so I cannot pay right now but they are forcing and asking for money even they are not following rbi rule

I have take loan of 13000 from true balance . And now they call want recovery. But due to Corona unable to pay. But they say you need to pay. As per government order don't go outside and I m at home and my earning get effect. But loan app recovery team say you need to pay urgent. Kindly help I think I am in big problem.

I have recharge (598 rs) my number [protected] 25th feb 2020 10:53 am but still not getting any benefit for this recharge when i have talk to the customer service then they replied for that wait for 24-72 house now it has been over 80 hours i'm not getting any benefit i have already ready sent an email on 26th feb 2020 then i didn't get any respond form their side please look at this problem i'm unable to call any network since 80 hours so please registered a complaint against true balance application or refund my balance as soon as possible.

I am kishor kumar my registered mobile number of true balance is [protected] and i have purchased a peace mobile p 1 whose order id is [protected] which has been received by me but in damaged condition and i have return the same through courier whose number is [protected] which has been received by true balance team but not any satisfied response has been delivered by true balance team. Please solve this issue and refund my amount of that transaction.

I have done two recharges of rs.1699 each on[protected] from the true balance app. Using my registered mobile number:[protected]

1) order no. [protected] at 6.40 pm on[protected] rs. 1699
2) order no. [protected] at 6.56 pm on[protected] rs. 1699

Both the recharges failed and bank account debited. I got a message from true balance that the money will be refunded back to my account within 10 days.. Even after lapse of more than 20 days i didn't receive any money. Please resolve.

Hello sir in this mail i informed you that i added 1400 rupees from my upi id [protected]@ybl to my wallet on 22 march 2019 but transaction got failed i was requested to you before some days then you said that they get refunded but now they didn't refunded though 7 business days are passed plz help me for refund my money

No money is refunded to me by process of 16 days

On 6 december recharge of dth rs 240 and 4 times failed and total money was deducted rs 960. But only 480 is refunded and now still rs 480 is not refunded. I have send a email more than 20 times but not responding me please help me in getting my money back. I have been sending an email since 6 december but they are saying that my issue is already solved. Please help me as soon as possible..

A do a recharge of 399 for a jio no. Through the app "true balance". Only a confirmation message get from the app but no more confirmation from the particular operator. Previously one more same issue with the app. They said that there was nothing to do at their end after a successful recharge. But how it is/was successful without operator's confirmation?

Dear Sir I have paid electricity bill with true balance amount of rs 14600/- but transaction failed but money is debited from bank account and true balance ask refund within 7 days but transaction on 25/06/2018 and no refund are received from true balance other i have add money to true balance wallet on[protected] amount of rs. 270 will be failed and no refund are received. my true balance registered mobile number is [protected]

In reference to above mentioned subject, i luv sheoran open true balance account and deposit 10, 000 rs in this account. But company deactivate my account and also not refund my 10, 000 rs.
This is your information if you will not refund my 10, 000 rs on dated 28/03/2018. After that i will file case in consumer court dated 29/03/2018.

I've done two recharge of rs.498 on
26-01-18 from the true balance app. Both the recharges failed and i got a message the the money will be funded back to my account. It is now been 20 since the first informing of the situation to the true balance support group and in between 3-4 times but the response is as usual saying that "it is under process and you'll be informed after resolving it". And one thing to note that the later recharges are successful. I didn't receive any money and no information regarding the cause of this issue.

I have added rs-2000 to my true balance mobile app wallet on 27/01/18. Money was debited from my bank account but for network problem money is not added to my wallet. Then again i added rs-1000 that’s added successfully. Now what will i do for taking my rs-2000 refund?? I have mailed them, but they won't reply. Their customer care no is incorrect. Complaint id from them is - 346194. Please do the needful.

I have recharged a jio number at 9 nov 2017 of rs 399.
I recharged 4 times and all times recharge has been failed and money is deducted from my bank account rs 1196. They say that refund money will be deposit with in 7-10 working days but till today after 2 months i can't get my money. I have send all details to them more than 10 times but every time they replied that please send bank statement and screen shot of failed recharge.. So please refund my money...

Sir mene true balance app se 05/12/2017 ko debit card ke madhyam se 498 ka recharge kiya tha but transaction fail ho gya aur 498 rupye mere debit card se diduct ho gya aur refund ni kar rahe hai please refund karwa dijiye mai submit kar raha hu transaction fail id. Sir, on 17Dec I have made a transaction for add my true wallet of Rs.200. Money deducted from my account but not added my true wallet.money was Debit my account. Please refund my balance in my bank account or added my true wallet . my account number is[protected].please solve this problem . I have no order number. Sir i have 139.1 rupees in my true balance wallet on 15/11/2017. But sir on 16/11/2017 when i reinstalling my true balance application then it shows rs 0 in wallet. I recharged my number [protected] on 11 October wih true balance account on number [protected] for rs. 76 with my Union Bank debit card account no - [protected] which failed but amount debited but I received no refund for that. Not expected such worst service from true balance..
