I recharged my number ([protected]) on 1september with true balance account on number ([protected]) for rs. 192with my union bank of india debit card account which failed but amount debited. Not expect es such worst service from true balance..
So i request the company to refund me back now as early as possible

I've recharged for 50 rupees through atm card but the recharge was failed but i didn't get refund i've informed true balance help centre thrice i think they took no action

Sir maine Rs.51 ka jio recharge kiya tha recharge success full dikha raha h truebalance apps main par jo jio number pe benefits mila chahiye vo abi tk aya hi nahi jio number pe.
But jio number pe jab 15 October ko recharge ki h reply main megs unsuccessful recharge ka sms prapt hui h sir..
Please sir my balance refund me qki 8din ho chuke h recharge kiye huye.
