True Holiday — true holiday.in fraud service holiday package

I received business promotional call on 25.05.2017 from True holiday company offering holiday package. After thorough discussion with True Holiday representative Mr. Ajit Sharma on phone, I paid Rs 17500/- on the payment link shared by him on the same day for booking of Hotel Times square- The landmark hotel, Opp. Clock tower, Secunderabad for period from 26.05.2017 to 29.05.2017. After paying Rs 17500/-online, I received receipt from payUmoney & True holiday as well.
Till evening on 25.05.2017, I was waiting for hotel booking confirmation from True Holiday company which I did not receive. As my guests were scheduled to arrive at Secunderabad railway station on 26.05.2017, I started follow up by making calls to Mr. Ajit Sharma. Every time he was assuring me to provide the hotel booking confirmation soon but I did not receive throughout the evening. Meanwhile he had asked me to talk to customer care where I spoke but I could not get the hotel confirmation. Customer care too gave me only promises to look into the matter & revert back but it never happened. After that Mr. Sharma started avoiding my calls & switched off his mobile phone. I again continued follow up by SMS to Mr. Sharma, calling customer care number & contacting official web page of True Holiday Company till late night but all in vain.
So far. I did not received refund. Now I am going to follow legal procedure.
