Truecaller — funds issue

Dear team i have rs 1100 on 1st may 2019 to my friends icici bank account from true caller through upi but my friend didnt got the money yet, the transaction has been successfully sent but the beneficiary didnt got the money yet, now i have contacted to the truecaller support they qre telling the transaction has been successfully sent to the beneficiarys account but my friend didnt got the money yet. Yestrday i have them the statement of the beneficiary account number but still they are telling the same issue kindly help me as soon because im still studying, this amount is big for me.
